            Date of Incident 08.15.2023 - FOLLOWING UP ON MY INITIAL REVIEW: I am beyond angry...with what they did to my vehicle. My car spent a month at the dealership because they couldn't figure out what happened until the dealership called corporate. And Yunior response was there are 100 thousand moving parts on a vehicle. They did an oil change and either double gasket the filter...left the drain plug off or failed to put oil in my car causing it to jump timing. Mind you I have a 2019 **** Fusion relatively new...never had a single issue with my car as I had all maintenance done timely. And I have a timing chain to which is pretty much lifetime on a car vs timing belt. And his response was wow...it's probably time for it to be replaced. And his response was "I will give you 1k since we were the last ones to touch it" I responded with according to the owners manual there is no time frame listed on the manual. And I even confirmed my findings with **** Corporate as well as the dealership. I told him that for him to say that it needed to be replaced was inaccurate. I am out 5K. So yes I am mad...multiple attempts have been made to rectify the issue and they all go ignored. Oh and let's not forget to mention that my car stalled on the middle of ****************...had to be towed. And next morning I called them and ****** called to say well I have to come look at it and I said I don't want you to touch my vehicle because I don't know what happened. And the ***** of him to put more oil in my car from the day before not 1x but 2x...I asked why are you putting oil in it if I JUST had an oil change done yesterday...his response was "I am just bringing it back up to a safe level" WAIT WHAT ?!?

            I guess I need to take him to court. He has ignored the attempts from my attorney as well as the BBB. He has also ignored my messages to texting on his phone. I will also getcthe media involved to get this resolved.  I am not the 1st customer he has done this to.
