This company is amazing. Their system for roof replacements is fine-tuned and efficient; we were greatly impressed and satisfied with the work and end results. From the PM to the Office Staff to the actual installation crew, we were so impressed by their efforts, efficiency, and professionalism. We would highly recommend this company. They did exactly what they said they would do and took care of any minor issues immediately. In fact, we were the 14th customer of theirs in our small, gated community and there are others of our neighbors using them now. Word of mouth recommendations were what we went by when selecting Salt Roofing, and we have no regrets. We gladly recommend them to others. Congrats to a great company who values their customers, as well as their employees and staff. Kudos to all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are making an INSURANCE CLAIM. And I wouldn’t recommend if for short term rental either. From the time they came out for a quote, we told them we are going to submit a claim to insurance because we don’t have new roof money. The sales guy recommended he meet the adjuster out there but said if they did that, we would have to sign a paper stating that If claim is approved, we must use their company. We signed the paper & met adjuster. Paid the deductible and insurance deposit. Roof we wanted was a little more than insurance would cover so agreed to pay difference. This is a short term rental which I told them before agreeing to go with them because we needed to plan a month in advance on the work as it stays pretty booked up and I cannot have people re-doing the roof while someone is here on vacation to relax. They said that was absolutely fine and would not be a problem. Anything to sell it right? That was not the case- they called me less than a week (after SIX MONTHS) and said it was being done. The job was completed so I submitted the final claim to my insurance to get the final check. I payed the difference immediately however told them I have to wait on insurance because I didn’t have that money the insurance was covering. If I did, I wouldn’t have done an insurance claim because low and behold, my premium DOUBLED. Insurance company is backed up because Florida had two lovely hurricanes within a month apart so they were taking a little longer than usual. Did salt roofing care? Nope. They went to file a Lien on my property. They knew from the beginning it had to be an insurance deal and that’s how they would get the money because we DID NOT HAVE IT. Not everyone has $11k laying around. They are impatient. So if you are using insurance, better have the money in the bank to go ahead and pay them because they will not wait on insurance and will file a lien on your home. So sad. Consider yourself warned!
