I love this product. -- it works! We had ants (tiny, tiny ants) invading through electrical outlets and occasionally through sink drains. The wall plug-ins worked perfectly -- one in the hallway and another in the adjoining garage. No more ants! I just placed my third order for two.Review from Penny C

Husband bought this at a price of $24.93 it said wait 2weeks for results, we have tiny field mice, spiders,ants, etc. 2 1/2 was and I get up and theres a ***** sitting on the plugged in device! Long story short,no packaging no ******* return. ************** said YES they are supposed to refund, back to WM with receipt and product. WM Customer serv said NO ********** day money back guarantee now has passed and websight is conveniently down
PEST OFFENSE® Response

I spoke with the customer this morning January 23, **** and explained how the PEST OFFENSE works. The PEST OFFENSE works within the existing wiring inside the walls of the structure. The pests are repelled from the walls so they cannot nest and lay eggs which will cause an infestation. She understands now why the ***** was outside the walls and happend to be perched on the PEST OFFENSE unit. PEST OFFENSE does not emit any signals into the interior of the dwelling. Roaches are attracted to electricity and the warmth of an electronic product. As for ******* not taking the unit back without the box is not correct but we are sending her an empty retail box to put it in and she can take the unit back and get a refund. As for the website being down, we are in a maintenance mode for updates to our backoffice we will be back up soon.Review from Elizabeth D

When I first plugged it in I had very high hopes! It seemed to work for the first couple nights I didn't hear as much activity but then after a couple nights I heard about at least two rats in my room and here I am again up all night scared to sleep! I was so hoping this would work at least until I got the terminator here after I got paid. So disappointed. I'm very much hoping that I will see different results soon but I don't know.PEST OFFENSE® Response

Thank You for your review. PEST OFFENSE® is design to repel Mice, Rats and Roaches from inside the walls where they live and breed. If you stopped hearing the rats inside your walls, it is doing its job. We hope the pests would leave using the point of entry from the outside, but sometimes they go into the interior of the dwelling where they have made an entrance. You will need to locate the points of entry inside your home and close them off and set traps to catch the rats that are already inside the home. If you close off the points of entry into the rooms and use the PEST OFFENSE® to keep repelling them after your repairs, the pests will be repelled from inside the walls and go back out the way they came in.
