            They have a good time response and an exceptional customer service. The job performed was an A/C repair. The technician arrived as scheduled. Lucca, the technician, is very polite, respectful, acting with outstanding professionalism. It is hard to mention that he is very knowledgeable, explaining every step of the repair and showing the difference btw the old and the new parts that had to be replaced. He performed other inspections to be sure everything was running as it should be. I am very pleased and happy with his service. I have enrolled to Paradise membership offered by him which gives me 2 preventive maintenance visits per year besides other benefits. I DO recommend this company to everyone who needs their services.

            We booked a service call easily on line. Lucca arrived as promised. He quickly diagnosed our issues and showed us options with prices. He expertly performed the work while constantly double checking things like wiring, connections, and coolent pressure. We will definitely call Paradise Plumbing for our future needs and request *****. If possible.

            ***** was great! He showed up on time and was very polite. He was quick and neat. He even had shoe covers so he wouldnt dirty my house coming in and out. Found the leak in less than an hour, took his time to explain the leak to me, addressed all my concerns and provided recommendations on how to proceed with fixing it. Making an appointment was also quick and easy. They reached out to me right away after submitting online to confirm everything. Overall my experience was good. I dont have any complaints. I would definitely recommend Paradise for your plumbing needs.
