    I am writing today as a commercial pilot with 300 hours. I was in the process of pursuing a jet rating. I found a facility called ******************** (AFG). After reviewing the details and information I left an inquiry. The website's design is confusing and not user-friendly. Upon doing so I was contacted by an agent who works for Aeromain. He had informed me he was in charge of all pilots from ******* for a school called Alliance which is affiliated with AFG. I had made the mistake of assuming they were both the same school. Initially, I intended on doing everything on my own. However, Alliance has a contract with the agent.I was informed to deposit the required amount of $11,995 to be put on a waitlist to be provided with further assistance, and study material. After depositing the required amount constant miscommunication and mistakes were being made on their end. My training schedule was postponed by almost a month only two weeks before training. I was constantly contacting several companies that provide study material due to the school suspending me and simply forgetting about it. I am a foreigner on a **** with a set date to leave. I requested a refund at that time and was declined. As a result of that, I had to make last-minute changes and extend my flight to stay here for another month. When the training began, I was expected to know more than what a 300-hour pilot would know. The school and instructor was extremely negative and did not have the experience to train their students. I had to watch ******* videos to learn. I had about four sessions left until my exam and was told to wait for further updates. I had been waiting for three weeks and was not contacted once. I was told to reach out to my agent only to be told that the school does not wish to continue. I currently have money left in my account that was not used and was told in order to receive the unused amount of $650 I must agree to not file a complaint or seek legal help.

    En Septiembre de 2021 contacte Alliance Aviation para adquirir un entrenamiento que ofrecen para pilotos en avin erj-145 el valor fue de $10950 dlares. Me contacto el CEO ***************************** me ofreci el entrenamiento y que **** fechas disponibles pero deba cancelar pronto para separar mi cupo en el simulador. El da 4 de Noviembre ******* el primer pago e inmediatamente me contacto el *************** dicindome que ya **** una posible fecha pero deba pagar la totalidad del entrenamiento, a lo cual yo le dije que en las condiciones que el me haba enviado deca pago inicial 50% para separar el cupo y el 50% restante debe estar pagado antes de iniciar el entrenamiento, pero ****** me dijo que si No pagaba la totalidad del entrenamiento no me daban slot en Enero ***** de 2022, y que el me enviara la comunicacin oficial de los das, hora, localidad del centro de entrenamiento pero NUNCA me lo envi. As lo hice pagu la totalidad del entrenamiento de lo cual tengo soporte de mis tarjetas de crdito y factura que ****** me envo despus de que se la ped en repetidas oportunidades y siempre me daba disculpas acerca de que Financiera **** alguna demora. (Lo cual no era cierto).En Noviembre 2 trate de comunicarme con el para que me enviara la confirmacin del entrenamiento da, hora, localidad ( *****) para comprar tiquetes, rentar carro y comprar tiquetes y me dijo que no saba la hora porque no se la haban confirmado y No me conform ***************** a que era del ***** de enero/22. Para el da 5 Enero trate de comunicarme con el *************** y nunca me contest, le escrib y le manifest que probablemente **** COVID-19 ya que mis hijos y mi esposa estaban positivos y yo me senta muy mal de salud y que ya me haba tomado la prueba. El me contest que proceda a informar que No se utilizara el turno asignado y pedira un nuevo slot. Desde ese da hasta la fecha el *************** no me contesta el telfono, algunas veces el chat dicindome que ya casi me *** el slot
