We had this company come out as part of a multiple opinion process for our roof. The "roofer" who showed up to my house dressed like he was going to a club, smelling like a bottle of cologne. He was blatantly rude to his employee who was with him while I was standing right next to them. Then while the "roofer" was on the ladder (which he had the bottom right up to my car), the ladder came down with him on it and slammed into my garage door, which is now visibly damaged by the ladder. He didn't even apologize. Then we go inside to talk and all he's interested in is telling stories of how the attorney they work with wins every case and when on and on. That went on for about an hour in which he was also being very pushy for us to open an insurance claim and needing a whole new roof rather than ************. When I politely told him that we (my husband and I) have to discuss at a later time he was very pushy and turned to my husband and said "she's wrong" because we were going back on forth on using insurance or not. So at that point I was done, I told him he's being very pushy and we still need to talk about it. He then turned to me and said "that wasn't pushy, but I can be." at which point my husband escorted him to the front door. Very unprofessional in every aspect.

    Hello,

Just to clarify the gentleman that came to your home is not a roofer he is a project manager and inspects the property. Our sales staff is required to have good hygiene and dress in our company uniform which all of our customers love. The ladder situation was an accident and accidents do happen. The door already had physical damage from the hurricane, which was pointed out by your husband. We are willing to replace the one panel that was damaged by the ladder. We do have witnesses that an apology was made due to the accident with the ladder.

It is not up to us to file an insurance claim for your property, it is up to you and your husband. Your husband did mention he wanted to file a claim due to hurricane damage. We aim to sell our customers when we are invited into their home. We are not being pushy we are just doing our job. You were referred to us from one of our happy customers. We apologize that you did not like our sales approach. We are ready and willing to replace the one garage door panel if you would like. Please give our office a call at ************.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************** *******
