I purchased the Simple Swing Sequence video training product and was able to access it very quickly. The videos were done very professionally and covered a good number of topics, I didn't feel that I personally benefitted from. I think it would be of most benefit to someone who is just learning the game. **************** was very responsive when I requested a refund and offered to substitute a choice of alternative products. I decided to get the refund instead and they have informed me that it will be processed within a few days.Performance Golf Response

I purchased the SF1 and the EZ7 drivers. While the weather has not let me use the drivers on the course yet, I did take them to the golf simulator at our local club. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!I am consistently grouping my drives in the middle of the fairway with both drivers. I took out my original clubs and used them for a comparison. There was no comparison. I cant wait to get on the course and see how it goes.Performance Golf Response

Well I just wanted watch a training video. Unbeknownst to me o had ordered a series of videos. I asked to have the videos be discontinued. They did stop coming, but just not showing up on email. My wife noticed a bill on our cc card and I did not have any idea what is was for. Thats when I contacted you and asked for the cancellation.Performance Golf Response

I ordered the square set with the idea of improving my swing, but after receiving and trying it I just was not able to see results. So I decided to return it not knowing what the experience would be, but the response was great. No questions just a friendly email and return info that was easy for **** have bought many products from Preformance Golf and see the return option but have not had to use it. I was very satified with the process and will continue looking for aids to help my golf game.BillPerformance Golf Response
