Never Again:I agree with the last review. It took the 2 guys 7 hours to partially complete my moving job and these guys did not seem to be experienced movers. One stayed in the truck sitting down & on his phone many times, the other moved furniture out off the storage room. Most of the time loading only 1 to 2 items at a time. I had to pitch in and help transport items from the storage room on the cart to the truck because of their slothfulness. The guy in the truck did not stack the boxes correctly, so there was not enough room to fit everything in the ******************************************************* the storage room. I was charge 4 extra hours, and I refused to pay for the last 15 mins. Due to truck had mechanical problems during their job. After negotiating the payment the one guy told the other guy he could release the items in the truck , only then that I realized they had kept 2 of my smart tvs for collateral in the truck. I will never use this moving company again and to be honest Groupon should remove them their referral list. I am a very dissatisfied customer that was scammed into paying twice the original quoted price.Signed,Never Again

Let me start off by saying all these 5 star review must be paid for because this is the worst moving company ever!!!!! I spoke with the owner a week before my move. Ill let him know everything about moving my 1/1. He ensured me that the job would be done in less than 3 1/2 hours for $375, he told me about the $150 extra per hour IF the time was extended but also ensured me I wouldnt need it since everything was already packed up and ready. It would be really quick. He promised me this. The day of my move, The entire time the guys were moving at a snails pace! At many times only one worker was working! Me and my friend had to help them hurry things along! They wrapped nothing! Even after ensuring me they would. 7 whole hours and my stuff from my 1/1 is still not all moved into the new place. So I started questioning prices , the owner was extremely rude and refused to speak with me directly only through text! He only spoke with his workers! They purposely left all my expensive items on the truck saying they were going to keep it for collateral if I didnt pay for the extra time!!!! I had to call the police!! I had to pay $700 to get my stuff off that truck!!! After being promised $375! Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and tricked! They have a tactic to jump up the price! Its really sick! The owner is money hungry and will say anything for a job! Horrible customer service! Terrible experience! DONT NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have used this company 3 times for different moves in the past 2 years and each time they have been amazing. ****** is always friendly and helpful and each of his movers show care and caution with my items.
