****. I was on the official SSC website and something was incorrect in my form so I had to go back. Next thing you know, I'm paying $65. I said to my husband that I can't believe they charge you to obtain a SSC #. Then I check my email and some how I paid "Easy apply" $65 for a service that not only for I not want or need but I can't even use it. They sent me a form all filled out and then I'm supposed to mail my driver's license and my daughter's birth certificate (and not photo copies) to the *********** Not happening. I wish I had just gone to the **** office in person but I was told by someone to start the process online. I used my Venmo so I can't stop the payment. I gave them personal information like a complete idiot. The only way that I can figure out that I got onto their site is because it's the first thing that comes up on ****** (as a sponsored site). While I'm at it, I hate ****** and it's exactly for c*** like this. If I search offical SSC website then that is the first thing that should come up and not some scam. I'm about to stop using ******. What a scam. Hopefully, it's just a trick to get you to pay $65 and they aren't stealing our identities.Easy-Apply.US Response

Like other reviewers, I was in a hurry and not attentive enough to the link I followed to submit the application. After further research trying to replace my SSC, on the official social security administration website, you can do this quite simply for free. I was in a hurry when doing this which was my mistake - especially with something so sensitive - and did not notice the "not affiliated with the ***" banners until after making the transaction. I have read the "explanation of services" reply to others who have made the same mistake and I am still not entirely sure of the security of the sensitive information I shared... Hopefully there is integrity in your service and that information is still secure to me. Anyway I would like to be refunded my payment as soon as possible, please.Easy-Apply.US Response

I got scammed by Easy Apply US. Their website is misleading and no one answers their customer service phone number. I thought that I was applying for a replacement social security card. I was charged $59.50 to download instructions. Now this company has my identifying information. This enterprise is deliberately misleading and is taking advantage of customers. I called customer support and got a recording without the ability to speak to a representative. I sent an email formally requesting a refund. I submitted my order on November 8th and sent my email requesting my full refund on November 8th. I see from Easy Apply US's responses to the many other complaints on this website that a person has 10 days to request a refund. I am hoping that their company honors their stated policy.Easy-Apply.US Response
