            About a month ago I was rear ended. I took my car to *** Autobody to get repaired the person that hit me insurance was paying for it. They told me Gs that my car would be ready to be picked up on Friday, October 20. The insurance company wanted me to turn in the rental on that day **** wife informed me that theyre going out to Country and I probably wouldnt have the car back until Tuesday the 24th so I had to turn in the rental on Tuesday. *** was not available for me to pick up my car on Tuesday so I went there first thing Wednesday morning which is now the 25th there their body shop is closed. I dont know if theyre out of the country on vacation but I have no means to get my car I dont have a rental. I still need to get my kids to school and commute 37 miles to work every day so today the 26th I went back to body shop is still closed and its costing me $100 a day to commute back-and-forth and these guys havent had the decency to even send me a message or to make some kind of preparation for me to get my car when they know the insurance company was not gonna extend me past Tuesday, this is unacceptable. I need to be compensated for the money. I am spending because of their lack of being able to do it decent job in a timely manner and also for their lack of communication and not even making arrangements for me to pick up my vehicle, they have my vehicle kidnapped locked in their business until they get back that is not fair and its costing me $100 a day to commute and they were paid in full from Geico
