    On June 18, 2024 I used the united parking group valet services while I attended my appointment at the hospital. Once I finished the appointment I called for my vehicle to be return to my possession. While waiting for my vehicle I witnessed the valet attendant at the time strike another vehicle ********* ****** ******* the manager who was off the premises at the time showed up watched the video and accepted responsibility for the that occurred to my 2019 F-250. I have the police case number. ****** approached me letting me know he would make sure my vehicle is put back to its original form. I collected all his info and at first he was very informative. He requested I send him 2 bodyshop estimates which I did. He then stopped responding. Thats why ***** *** got involved and helped me. She was so nice and tried her best to get this resolved. I informed her I didnt want to use cheap aftermarket parts since my vehicle had never been involved in an accident prior to this. After weeks on weeks of communication she stated they would pay one of my estimates since I declined the aftermarket appraisal they sent in from *******. My truck has never been to *******. Now ***** is informing me **** ***** lied to her and stated he is not paying the remainder of my estimate I sent in. I will be filing this in small claims court if we cant get this resolved. ****** me ruined he didnt want to go through their insurance due to having a ****** deductible. I have video of the accident and also pictures. I need the remaining 4500 sent to get my vehicle repaired. The estimate I sent doesnt even include rental while my vehicle is down. Also doesnt include the ceramic application my vehicle has. Also doesnt include the diminished valve. I want to get this resolved however no one is willing to work with me to get this handled. **** has also failed to handle this properly

    ***** *** who they put over trying to get my issues resolved after ****** and **** continued to try and scam me. Knowing I requested further documentation proving the accident didnt damage my driver side mirror.

    Dear ********************* we caused the damaged to his vehicle and we take full responsibility for the incident. The incident was at a hospital parking lot and the area was the driver side front lower bumper as you can see from the pics that he provided. We tried to make it right with Mr ****** but he is clearly trying to take advantage of us and compete repairs on his vehicle that has nothing to do with the damages / incident. Please see attached his preliminary report where he states that there is damage to hood, grill , front door, lights...etc and its very clear that's not the case, not to mention that he works at a **** dealership and he stated that he knows people who can help him with the estimates. The estimate from the **** dealership came even higher than this one and you can see clearly that parts and labor is used for areas of the vehicle that has nothing to do with the incident.

    So after we reviewed those estimates we decided to hire an independent auto adjuster who can give us an idea of what the cost of the damages was, Please see attached estimate which was written with OEM parts per mr ****** request.

    He refused to accept this and told us he will hire an attorney to fight this, which we agreed. I told him via email that we will be more than happy to pay him extra $500 for rental expenses, which was again more than needed, but he denied it. A check in the amount of $3171.51 was issued to him which he accepted and cashed- please see attached. I am not sure what else can be done in this case, where in our eye this is clearly a way for him to make some money of of us and we are not ok with that.

    Stating I work for a **** dealership is complete insane and proves this company will say anything to get out of paying for peoples property they damaged. (I DO NOT WORK FOR ****) You stating I wanted more when the requested amount difference is for my mirror that was damaged when the truck spun around and clipped it. Also my truck has a ceramic coating on it thats not even included. You were provided the ceramic company per request. Did anyone reach out to them? So before mentioning Im trying to rip you off. How about you think about the customer property you damaged and make it right. Even your agent ***** agreed you should cover my damage. The reason she quit was because of the fraud this company provides when they damage other peoples property. Majority of your statement is unprofessional and full of made up lies. Im sure Im not the only one who has complained about this company in this area. I was informed the other party that was involved in this accident was disappointed with the offer forced on them as well. All Im asking for is the remaining balance of one of the estimates I was requested to send. Again, which doesnt even include rental and doesnt include reapplying my ceramic coating. Make this right. My truck had no damage until your employee wrecked. You do perform a walk around for previous damage before taking possession of someones vehicle right? Where is that proof from the walk around ? Ive never worked with a company that damages someones property then refuses to fully take responsibility. The incident was caught on camera you can clearly see what Im requesting is not being unreasonable. Your response to this claim demonstrates the lack of integrity and professionalism you display

    Mr Spark,

    We will not go back and forth like we did few weeks ago just in a different platform. You cashed the check accepting the amount and releasing us from future payments. Like i stated to you via email few weeks ago and you declined at that time, i will be more than happy to write you another check for $500 for the rental vehicle as well as OEM plastic peace for the mirror which is $85 - just to make it right we are willing to send you a check in the amount of $750 TOTAL. This is our last settlement amount that we will be offering you and sending you if you accept, if not our attorneys we will be fully ready to take this to small claims court like you suggested in the past.
