            I have bought a defective cart from Amazon. I got a label from Amazon that stated *** was going to come and pick up the item from my house. *** never came to pick up the item. I was being nice and took it upon myself to call Amazon back to ask them to send me a label so I can bring it to the post office. I took the items to the post office And mailed the item back to Amazon. Amazon did not refund me my money back to my gift card talking about. I have to wait 30 days. They never told me that in the beginning. They still to this day did not give me back my money. I keep calling calling calling calling and calling they took them out. They have to wait till they get the item back.I told him I took the item to the post office and I had the receipt. I emailed the receipt to them not only that theyre supposed to give me back my money my 2394 Amazon still never did that either. I also have the receipt for that for melon back one day items, they told me that they was gonna reimburse me for that. I dont know whats going on with Amazon, but they need to get it together. I want my money back and I want it now because its not right. And they cant say it, and I say because all the phone calls are being recorded
