Mr, ******** is a convicted felon who owes me thousands of dollars. I've gotten a small amount back by taking him to court ,but there's much more to come. ******************** is a disgruntled, ungrateful ex-worker for Big Bib's Cars where I also hired two of his sons to work for us. They are also disgruntled, ungrateful ex-workers.
******************** took a car from Big Bob's Cars and was charged with hitting someone's car and causing it to roll over. His license was suspended 10 years and the Judge said at the hearing he would've put him in jail if he was there, but his attorney was there instead.
******************** has destroyed many of our cars,, has stolen from us, vandalized our car lot, lied to authorities, filed a phony workmen's comp claim, and tried to cause havoc in so many ways. Any employer or person having anything to do him needs to be aware of him.
This complaint is absolutely ridiculous. ******************** knows I couldn't send him the title without his check clearing first, and it was sent too him certified mail, as soon as I got clearance from the bank. I understand by the return receipt that he received the title several days ago.******************** needs to be put back in jail or deported. I'm confident one or the other or both will occur, and soon. In the meantime, no one should pay any attention to this false complaint or anything else he posts.

************ is a scammer. Everything hes saying is a lie. I never took a car without permission. He's the only one who has the license plate for employees to drive the cars. As well he made a false report to the police department and has just been lying to everyone. He's the one who gave me a check to hire a lawyer to take care of the accident.
As well he is trying to avoid being sued and trying to make me a scapegoat. If you check fort ***************** department there is over 100 complents against him and the company.
I have the detectives name and number as proof that *********** is a scammer and lier.
I believe karma will get him and his business will be over. He just likes to avoid problems and makes everyone else take the blame.

The BBB should not be allowing this former disgruntled worker to be spewing such ugly lies in his attempts to try and put me out of business. His comments need to be taken down from your site. He is a convicted felon who is being investigated by ICE for possible deportation. Eventually he'll be back in jail, but until then, you should consider not just the source, but the ridiculous comments he's made, and how they have nothing to do with any real complaint. They're just personal attacks that have no place in a public forum like the BBB. Allowing such attacks as you have must be re-considered by your organization.
This person has bought 3 cars from me but since he stopped working for me after being caught stealing, he's been trying to cover it up by going on the offense. It's not worked and shouldn't be allowed to continue on the BBB site.
Having supported he and his two sons for several years as I have, it was a shock to me to find they were stealing, but that's been discovered. It is all being handled properly, but in the meantime, the BBB should not be allowing themselves to be involved in any part of it by continuing to publish his nonsense. Anyone reading his lies can see they're only personal attacks, and have nothing to do with my business, Big Bob's Cars.
Big Bob's Cars has been selling cars for over 20 years in Ft. Lauderdale and ************* We do not check anyone's credit. We have the lowest down payments anywhere. All our cars are paid off in 2 years or less, and have monthly payments all around $350 to $400 a month. No one does what we do to make sure everyone can get in a good car and have it affordable. We would not be in business over 20 years if we weren't making a lot of customers very happy with our cars, our terms, and our service. There's nothing this disgruntled former worker for us can do to change any of this. In fact, he even bought 3 cars from us over the years!

Purchased the vehicle on 11/22/23,with a down payment of $1,000.The day of purchase,the owner,****** (***) and his employee **** were drinking alcohol while handling my paperwork.I asked for a copy of my contract I signed,was handed an envelope with paperwork,to find out later that it was the Bill of Sale and the vehicle Registration.I paid the owner,*********************,the first payment on 12/9/23 $375.00, the first payment was not due until 12/13/23.The car was ***** infested, and had to replace 2 parts with my money in order for the car to run.Fixed both problems 2 weeks later. I had ******************************** which the paper tag would expire to get a tag for the vehicle.The tag expired and I spoke with *** on 12/26/23 and stated that I would go first thing in the morning to pay,it was less than 12 hours,because we spoke at 2pm,by 4pm he had the vehicle repossessed from my place of work.When I contacted him there was no fee to pick up my vehicle from the tow yard, but upon arriving at the tow yard,I was charged $100 for my property,I did not have my vehicle returned to me.Contacted *** and he says he will have the vehicle,now speaking to him to retrieve my vehicle once more with now the new tag, he states I now need to pay $180 for the tag and a $450 Repossession fee.None of these fees were discussed prior to me coming to pick up the vehicle.I stated I did not have those funds and that he can place the fees on the car note,he refused. He kept my vehicle, kept the hard plate tag, registered to me,and kept my money from the deposit and car payment,and tow yard.He had the law enforcement remove me off the property for trespassing.He is not trying to resolve the matter and I'm concerned that he has all my information and I requested my paperwork,he claims it is not in the office and that he will mail it to me.He is price packing and price gouging me over a car that costs less than $2000.I have now paid him a total,$1475.The car is still in his possession as of 1/4/23.Business response

The complaint is an absolutely disgusting pack of lies and personal attacks that the BBB should be ashamed of itself for posting, and it's a disgrace to the good name of the BBB.
To even suggest that we were drinking alcohol which absolutely ridiculous, shows that the rest of her complaint doesn't deserve any response.
She called the police thinking they would help her get away with more lies, and tried to pull off illegal acts like getting us to register a car with a suspended Driver's License. This deadbeat trying to bully her way into getting her lies believed, but the officers from the **** and us know what she was trying to pull. It always amazes me that people who try to pull a fast one by doing illegal things, think they can get the Police on their side to help them pull off a scam, and that's exactly what she tried to do.She was ordered by the Police along with her friend to be trespassed off our property, and if she ever comes back, the Police informed her she'll be arrested. She got what she deserved.
I've already responded more than I should to this woman. Those that come to Big Bob's Cars and don't try to get away with things, know how much we care for our customers. Big Bob's Cars, ******************************************************, has been selling cars over 20 years in ************** and ************. We're always going to run into bully's and deadbeats like this customer. But the vast majority of our customers are grateful that we offer them good cars, with the lowest deposits anywhere, just $1,000 to $2,000 down, and No Credit Checks at all, and No pay stubs required, and ******* statements required. Look at this woman's admission she bought the car with only $1000 down. Where else can she do that with no credit check at all? I was sold a 2007 ****** on 8/11/23 from big ***'s it broke down the next day I took it back they promised to fix it after 8 days of having it in their possession they switched me to another 2007 ****** that broke down 3 days later after having the car towed to them big *** himself accused me of putting 500 miles on the car after I asked him for a refund I have door bell footage showing the car just sitting there also tons of **** receipts finally he put me into a **** ***** that broke down in a week after this I was completely through with this business I'm out of a total of **** and still no vehicle I work late at night and desperately need a vehicle I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through with big ***'sBusiness response

Big Bob's Cars has been in business helping people buy cars for over 20 years. In all this time, I have never had such an ungrateful customer as this woman. We could not do enough to satisfy her no matter what we did.
She wasn't happy with the first car so we put her in another one. Then according to the speedometer, she drove the car about 500 miles and then wasn't satisfied with that car, so she wanted another one.
As a courtesy we put her in third car! No dealer anywhere would've done all this for her, but we did much more.
This woman, who admitted she had bad credit, still was able to buy a car from us for only $1,000. down! and we never asked her for anything when we switched her to other cars because she wasn't satisfied.
We gave her money for Uber to get to work. We gave her money for gas every time we let her have a different car. We fixed her cars for free as a courtesy even though she bought the cars AS IS.
The last car we let her transfer to, she drove up on a sidewalk and destroyed the tire and the wheel. Rather than replace the tire, she just left the car on the street for us to tow back and didn't let us know it was left there for over a week.
I actually feel sorry for this woman. Wait until she finds out what it's like to try to buy any car for $1,000. down with bad credit. Wait until she finds out what it's like to not be satisfied at a dealer and see if they put her in another car like we did twice. Wait until she finds out that we're the only dealer that would fix her car as a courtesy, while all other dealers would never fix anything.
Some people like her you can never please, no matter how much you try. Some people don't realize what happens when you have someone like myself who's been selling cars for so many years and enjoying helping those that appreciate all we do for them. Clearly. this woman will have a tough time finding anyone to help her as much as we have, especially with so little down and poor credit. Not even a thank you after all we did for her, and all she cost us.
We at Big Bob's Cars love what we do. We're the ONLY dealer anywhere that has the program we have. You don't need pay stubs and bank statements like everyone else requires. Everyone is approved! You just need 4 things to buy the car, a deposit, DL, we'll help you get good cheap insurance, proof of where you live, and a big smile!! I have provided proof that I was sold 3 lemons by this company they lie and it's sad that they have been in business this long they provided me $50 in Uber when the 1st car broke down the 1st day why would I be grateful for 3 lemons and how could I put 500 miles on a car that broke down the 1st day which this lie was made up when I asked for a refund anyway this is a horrible dealer and I would like everyone to know do not go there if you don't want to waste time effort and money they are crooks and for whoever did the response from bobs i have a brand new car sitting outside no payments i own it paid cash dont need your 24 hr junk thats why its a $1000 down thanks bbb for all your help

On May 1st, 2023 I went to Big Bob's Cars lot to purchase a car. I only had $2000.00 to my name so I paid that as a down payment I asked their salesman **** about all the cars on the lot and I told him that I needed a good reliable car to get to work and my son to school. He assured me that the car I was receiving was a very good car and stated that they had just put a brand new transmission in the car. Within less than 2 weeks which was May 12th to be exact I was driving the car and it just stopped in the middle of the road. I called *** and told him he said I had to figure out how to get it there. I got it towed to them on the 18th of May because i didn't have any money and had to wait until my insurance added towing. they checked it out and told me that it was the transmission that went out. They told me the car was not under warranty but the transmission was. So they informed me that I have to pay them $800 more (which I don't have) for the labor of it. I explained to them that, that was unfair to me to have to pay for a bad car that they sold me and I didn't even have the car for a full 2 weeks before it went out. They sold me a bad car that they knew wouldnt last me so that i could turn around and pay them to fix something that they already knew was bad. I asked for my money back and They kept saying it was nothing they could do they offered me another car but said I would have to pay more money. This isn't right I'm a single mother that's trying to survive and provide a better life for my son. I've been missing some days of work and my son has been missing some days of school because I can't afford a uber everyday. I am in desperate need of help and I just ask if you can PLEASE help me in anyway to get my money reimbursed so I can try to get a car to have transportation for my son and myself. They shouldn't be allowed to do customers like this. Their a business that claims they are here to help people but instead they are ripping you off by selling bad carsBusiness response

The fact that ************ made this complaint is unbelievable. We could not have possibly treated her better than we did. She drove the car almost a month, drove over a **** miles, and then the transmission went out. The transmission was under warranty but she did not want to wait until it could be replaced so we returned half her money and she signed a letter that she was satisfied with the outcome. There's probably no another independent dealer that would ever have treated her so well. I'm amazed that she filed this complaint anyway, and has not even had the decency to request that the complaint be canceled or closed. There are so many grateful people out there that appreciate all we do for them at Big Bob's Cars, that we feel terrible when we run into this ungrateful customer. ********************** has been selling cars for over 20 years and our customer base knows how much we do for everyone and have throughout the years. We get referrals and repeat business from our customers because we do nice things for everyone like we did for this woman. Don't hesitate to come by and see what a simple, friendly, and accommodating approach we have towards selling cars. I gave them $2,400. They told me nothing was wrong with vehicle they lied I went back to them they said they were going to charge me. I have no dad so I had to find a man to go with me for them to agree to fix what they had to fix I only had two problems with the car there was an main gasket oil leak and the headlights couldnt be switched off I dropped it off with those two problems I have papers to prove that once I picked up my car the oil light was on the battery light everything the car starting stalling I cant drive it far without the car stopping on me I went back to them and asked them to fix what the mechanic broke *** refused, because I called the police to ask for help he said he wouldnt help me anymore he has done this to many people I am a struggling ********************************************************************** I asked him to give me another car so we wouldnt have to escalate the problem but he refused and said I would have to give him $600.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from this location. From the beginning, the car gave me trouble but they made sure it was fixed. After about the 4th time of getting it towed back to the lot, I stopped asking them to fix it. On 11/4/22, while visiting my mother out of town, my car was repossessed. No money was owed, my insurance is up to date. When I called *** to find out where my vehicle was, he said that I had traveled to Alabama, **************, and Georgia and that was not allowed. He explained how i didnt own my truck to take it anywhere, even though I am not in default and I am current on my insurance. No where in the contract or paperwork that I received, did it say I cant travel. He then proceeded to give me the information as to where my truck is, told me to take my key and my identification card and they will give me my car. It was 58 miles away from gm location. I ask him when I can get my car back, he says when I get there they will let me know. I get there with my children, pay the fee, give my key and i.d. And they give me access to my car. They tell me it hasnt been released. When I call ***, he says its his discretion and h*** get to it when he can. I am sure Im not the only person he has done this to.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car March 8, 2022 at the time I was 18 years old prior to ***** 2022. I was forced to purchase insurance from a particular individual (******) my payments for ***** and *** were made on a timely manner which was the 1st. However, *** 8th insurance was canceled at 12:01 *** the rudest human alive called my mother and I, my mother answered because I was still asleep. *** stated the insurance was canceled, ok cool I told him I will pay it before 5pm that day because I had already spoken with ****** who informed me she will be in the office until 5 that day. *** wanted me to make the payment literally right then but my mother was at a meeting which she told him, she also told him we had spoken with ****** and will make the payment. Between the hours 12-1:25pm *** 8, 2022 the car was towed. It was towed for no insurance. I called ***, he stated he towed the car for not having insurance I said *** you literally gave me NO time and besides the money is inside the car. *** had me pay $100 to get my belongings out of the car which I did even though I knew thats not how the process goes but by now Ive learned how hes such a *****, racist, and a scammer not to mention you have to be serving God to take his rudeness and humiliation. I get my belongings and *********************** (another in particular party who towed the car) $100. *** 10th I get a text from ****** at approximately 7:00 pm did I leave the keys in the car I asked why should I, he (******) stated *** wont take any cars back without the keys. I definitely knew then this was going to go left ! So I dropped off the keys and filed a complaint with BBB (better business bureau) *** 11, 2022 *** called me at approximately 8:00am from his cell phone to tell me I wont be getting the car back if I dont cancel the complaint. God has used me as a vessel to put a STOP TO HIS SCAMS! Ive missed numerous amount of days of work, Im hurt, I feel humiliated, embarrassed and cheated. I only want my money or car back.
