Good Company. Installation went smooth, and they workers are very clen.

We hired Windowman to install new windows in our home. I got prices from several diff companies. We were very impressed with the fair and knowledgeable pricing and information we received. They came out measured, ordered and installed all in the time frame discussed. We have proudly recommended them to several neighbors. I have been in the process of "Window Shopping" for a company for the last few months, before finally deciding on Window Man, that has recently opened a storefront in Stuart. After meeting the team which included Mike, the manager, Tim, in sales, and Joe, the project manager. I decided to move forward with my project. They were ALL personable, knowledgeable, and caring. They assured me that everything would run smoothly, and gave me peace of mind by telling me they would be with me every step of the way, as well as providing with with each one's contact information in case I had any questions during the process. The price was very fair and I look forward to the materials coming in within the time frame I received, in order to complete the project. I am thankful for this professional team for making my choice an easy one. When the job is finished successfully, I will be happy to sing the praises of Window Man in and out of my community, so they will become a successful local business in Stuart for years to come.

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have known better when they screwed up my mothers house to go with them, but I figured they learned their lesson and were going to make sure my house was good. They quoted me that it would take 3-4 days and instead the company that they outsource the work to did it in 1 day and screwed up several windows and left scratches everywhere. They also destroyed the stucco around the frames of several windows and never made any attempted to fix any of it. At this point it has been almost 3 months since the first install and they still have not been able to address the issues. I promise I am not one to complain, but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am shocked to see someone rate them as 5 stars.

We contacted American Windows who put us in touch with Mike the Window Man. We needed replacement of all windows in a rental property we own. He made the job very easy. There was great follow through and the windows even came in earlier than expected. We would use his company again.

Well I have to say this has been a terrific experience dealing with the Window Man of South Florida it all started with the General Manager and Sales **** ****** who came and showed us the product for the windows we could choose from. He was extremely courteous and informative answering each and every question that any of the residents were to ask of him. On a few occasions I even called him directly on his cell phone and he was more than receptive to receiving my call and never once made me feel uncomfortable about disturbing him. Then once the project and contracts were signed *** ******, no relation to the above who is the Project Manager kept me informed on when I could expect installation. ***** ******* who is the scheduling person also kept in touch with me and we worked out a perfect schedule! Now today Monday, February 28, 2022 four installers came and I can’t say enough good about each and everyone of them I only know them by their first names ****, ****, *******, and ****** ! They were all professional and courteous and knew exactly what they were to do. They worked like a well oiled machine, a great team of four men working together to complete the job perfectly. I feel it is so important when having someone come into your home to do work that you feel as comfortable as I did with these four gentlemen. So comfortable that I even ran out to do an errand for about 45 minutes only to come back and find that they had made so much progress. I thank them explicitly for their expert work and attention to detail. I would recommend this company and especially this crew if you are looking for new windows or doors to be installed on your home. These are all high impact hurricane proof double pane tinted windows. So I best just say thank you to all who were involved in this project. It is so nice having my windows open on a beautiful day with fresh air flowing through it as opposed to the old windows that I could not open. Thank you everyone Conrad Goulet ????????

Mike W. and Windowman did a great job on my front door installation. The installation got off on a bad start but once Mike was made aware of the situation he made sure the installation was done to Windowman standards. Emanuel, the second installer, did a stellar job correcting all the problems. He is talented, conscientious, knowledgeable and very professional. With that all said I would highly recommend Windowman to my friends and neighbors . ******
