    Please accept our apologies for the confusion. We offer a rapid exchange option where the customer purchases the item requested and return the unwanted item without the label fee being deducted. The rapid exchange is valid for the same item number only but different size/color. If customer wants a different item, it will be treated as another new order.     I called your customer service number for returns on the shipping label and was told that I would pay $82 even though it was the exact same item, same color, just a size up.

    Hello On Dec 22, 2024, I placed an order for two dresses, shoes and a shrug. Order #************ dress is falling off large and the other is too small. The shoes are defective and rather than being a size 8.5 (which is what they are labeled), they match-up closer to a 9.5 (I measured the shoe against a friend's 9.5). Very disappointing experience -- the items were purchased for a trip later this month. I was so excited for my order, but everything feels like it came straight from a discount, online shop - sizing is off and quality is dismal. I tried to call and initiate a return, but I could not hear the phone reps. ****** to start the return online is awful. I simply want to return these items for a refund.

    I have reviewed the response from Coldwater Creek where they provided a copy of the loyalty opportunity I supposedly responded to.  The opportunity is so "in your face" that I find it hard to believe I even mistakenly signed up for this, particularly since I never sign up for any that are offered on-line. I have read other complaints from customers that match my own and find this practice deceitful.  Having said that, all I want is the $74.42 charge removed from my ****** account and will never purchase goods from this company again.

    Please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding. This customer is not in the loyalty program. Customer has an order ******** for a back ordered item Fleece Swing Cardigan. The order was placed on 10/15/2024, ****** authorizes the charge of $74.45 about every 30 days and then the auth will disappear. With the item being backordered it may continue to happen until the item ships with the expected ship date of 2/8/2025. The order will have to be canceled for the authorizations to cease. This can be taken care of at ************ for cancelation.

    I purchased ONE item of clothing from Coldwater Creek in July ********************************************* $16.99 every month ever since. I did not knowingly opt into this program who would? Who on earth would pay a company a huge monthly fee on top of any purchases they make? Thats not a reward program; thats a scam.I request a complete refund of the $305.82 (!!!) they scammed from me. Shame on you, Coldwater Creek!

    ****** has just noticed me that they have paid a "recurring" payment as follows:MerchantColdwater International, LLC Transaction dateJan 8, 2025 Order ***************** Subtotal$91.73 Total$91.73 USD They show this was set up in October 2024 but this is the first time such a payment has gone through that I have been noticed by ****** on. I noticed ****** to stop further payments to this entity & will also notice my credit card company on this fraud/scam. I would like my money returned, of course.

    Upon review of this order, the Fleece Swing Cardigan is a backordered item. With the payment being ******, ****** authorizes the payment every 30 days and then releases the funds to keep the payment active. The item has an expected ship date of 2/8/2025. The order total is $91.73, the authorizations may continue to happen until the item ships. The customer can give us a call at ************** if she changes her mind to keep the order active.
