  7/20/23 $3200.00 They were supposed to put a metal ****** around my A/C and put Hurricane straps to secure.They were supposed to install a return in a different location. They were supposed to install and supply two boxes 12" , Duckboard and mastic sealed return box , ********** and seal supply trunk line at collar. They were supposed two install a grill cover for the return they put in. ********** and seal supply trunk line at collar. This was supposed to pressurize the system. They did not pressurize the system. It is now Hotter in my house than before they did the work. They did not apply any Hurricane straps or brackets .They did not put the correct grill for the return in the floor instead one made for installing in a ceiling. The two 12" boxes were not visible and he spray foamed it shut so you can't see , the spray foam was used in place of moving unit and creating a ****** around it , it looks like no other A/C unit I've ever seen and I live in a trailer park so looked at several , 40 plus. My system is now even more inefficient than before they came. My place is 85 degrees in the heat of the afternoon. This was the owner who would not give his name and none was on his business card. Totally ripped off. He was here 2 hours and charged me $3200.00 dollars. if parts were $400.00 that means he makes $1400.00 per hour . They were recommended by people in the mobile home park but they used the service before a new owner took over and its quit a different story now if you check reviews.

  See all attached pictures and invoice #******** detailing job completion. All work was supervised and agreed to by the customer. Only Hurricane Brackets or Strapping were Not able to be installed due to age of the unit and Concrete pad underneath unit is too small. Instead replaced failed 60 AMP Breaker at the Disconnect Box. This is a Flat Rate job that is not hourly. After the job was completed in the afternoon the customer called in about wanting old Grill to be returned and special trip was made at no additional cost to return old Grill (Invoice #********). No service was performed at the **** System.
  Customer has called multiple times requesting additional work to be performed not part of the Invoice #********.
