Zero stars! SCAM...purchased tickets, I called them within 15 minutes because I never received a confirmation, they said they needed to go over restrictions and I had to agree in order to get the tickets, my card still had not been charged so I said I just wanted to cancel. They said I could cancel but won't get my money refunded. Their restrictions were, you cannot bring any luggage and the flight may overbook and if they do then my tickets would be the first cancel3d, BUT if I pay an additional 1700 per tickets they would bump me to economy class so I could bring luggage and have guaranteed tickets. I started getting upset and ******* began yelling at me. I hung up and locked my card so the charge wouldn't be processed. Then 30 minutes later ******* called to let me know that my tickets for 7 months from now we're now stand by tickets because the flight overbooked. I hung up on him, he tried calling 2 more times that night and I didn't answer. DO NOT BUY FROM CHEAPVUELOS!!!Review from Kendra M

Very dishonest and scam artist at its finest. These people are going to take your money after raising the prices and leading you to make it seem like you are booking a reasonable deal. If I could give 0 stars then I would cuz this company is by far the worst company ever !Review from Angie K

DO NOT book through this **** company! You book it then they call you and give you all the 'resttrictions' hoping you will upgrade your ticket or if you cancel, you pay ***** for each ticket MIN. It will read like it's from 'UNITED' on the statement for the company and they will scam you out of what you think are airline tickets.Review from William C

Trash, all reviews are accurate. They called immmediately and pushed all sorts of methods to get me to upgrade for twice the price i agreed to pay! They refused to cancel my ticket. STAY AWAY!Review from Chor T

DO NOT BUY flight tickets from this website. It's a SCAM!! Got a call right after I purchase my ticket and was told about all the restrictions where I couldn't even purchased a check in bagged. They asked me to upgrade my flight which it doubled the cost. I decided not to upgrade my flight and then was told again that departure date and return date is no longer guarantee and it might be a day earlier or a day late. This company is a fraud; they post ads with blacklisted bins, and when you purchase, its just a trap. Stay away from them dont waste your time. This company should be shut down and banned from advertising.Review from Russ C

Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE tickets from this website. Prices are a scam to get you to purchase then tell you the multiple restrictions and are then forced to upgrade or lose your original money paid. Very disappointed, lesson learned and will NEVER purchase from this company again. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Do not book with Cheap vuelos. They are not a legitimate cheap airline booking company. After finding the best airfare on their website, I booked two tickets. The confirmation stated, "Your Booking is in Progress". I called and spoke with a representative who told me I booked flights that would not allow carry-on luggage. I told her this was not acceptable and to cancel my reservations. She refused and tried to sell me different tickets for over $400 more each. I finally said I would contact my credit card company to have the charges removed as fraud. I contacted the airlines directly and got the flights I wanted at a cheaper price.Review from Jim S

The other reviews are very accurate. Buyer BEWARE! This service is NOT real-time synched with the airline booking system. This is why you do not get an airline confirmation code upon booking. All you have done is booked a "best effort" service to purchase a ticket for the price provided on the website. (most people would call this "bait-and-switch" tactics, but since they partially explain this in their website disclaimer the risk is all on you... the consumer.) This "best effort" is typically a standby ticket price where they will use their off-shore contact center to contact you to book an "airline confirmed" reservation (with luggage options) and of course it basically the same rate as the airline website.
