We found Supreme Floors after an unpleasant experience w/another local flooring company, and are glad we did. The saleswoman (********) was knowledgable, pleasant and helpful. The installers (***** and ****** I think) arrived on time, finished on time, did a decent job of cleaning up, were pleasant and hard working and they did a good job. We had picked a light colored LVP floor and were not happy to see what we thought were scuff marks on it the next day. We talked to the owner, ******, and he promised that was unusual and he would make it right-either by cleaning, contacting the manufacturer, or even replacing it under his insurance policy if that was needed to make us happy. When he came to check it out, he said the marks were not scuff marks from shoes, but from residue of the adhesives used. He sent the team back the next morning at 8 am to clean the spots w/mineral spirits and that worked well. Scuffs are gone, and we are happy. So pleased to find someone that cares about customer service. Thank you!
