    Contracted for interior home painting, gave requested deposit 11/17/22 (cashed at bank) after work scheduled to start 12/12/22. COntractor failed to show up for paint swatch placement 3 times (12/5, 12/6, 12/8) claiming personal issues and apologizing through 12/7. Then failed to respond to emails, texts (phone voicemail full and calls go directly to voicemail indicating possibly shut off phone). Unable to contact and now suspect scam or inability to honor contract at all. Seeking refund of deposit, possible investigation for scamming, even though online review and reputation appear excellent.

    Owner of the company was in the hospital. Our company has an amazing reputation and I am baffled by the accusations. It should have been extremely apparent something was not right. 

    Not only did one of my employees stop by the home on Friday. The Customer called my extended family who has nothing to do with my business at all. 

    We have never stole or attempted to steal any money as we gross roughly 1 million in sales yearly for the past 2 years. 

    We have never had a single legitimate bad experience with any customer, we have over 93 5 star reviews across the internet. 

    I have been in contact with this customer before seeing this complaint. 

    I would expect this to be removed asap.

    I apologize for the misunderstanding and my initial response to a failure of communication over a few days.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have discussed at length with them. I withdraw my complaint,  which was due to an emergency unknown to me at the time,  and a lack of communication resulting in a misunderstanding. The owner has since explained and has restarted the work agreed to.  I had no way of knowing of the situation until now, and was not aware that anyone would be coming last Friday.

    I would like to have the complaint removed and look forward to working with ****** and Flawless Finish.
