Firstly, If I could not give a star, I wouldn't. It would definitely be 0 from me for this establishment. ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU SEE READ ARE REAL!!! Do not allow her to fool you with not being a patient. I booked 3 services with this location and business. 1st red flag is that services have to be paid for upfront, in full before services are rendered. Robyn's instructions come off in a demeaning manner, however, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, due to the fact that she provides services that I'm looking for(Smacking my head) despite the reviews. So, reluctantly I booked anyway. Bad mistake. My 1st appointment was for 8am and I had to take an Uber. I was 5 minutes late, which I texted her to notify that we had run into an accident and I would be there shortly. My 1st 2 treatments were only for 20 minutes each before the last one which would've been about 45 minutes, so there would've been enough time including with the 5 minutes. My intention was to have my phone turned off because I had to have my phone to order my return Uber ride. Before I could get out of the Uber car fully, she was in the parking lot, literally yelling and screaming at me that I couldn't have a phone or purse (which I didn't have a purse), to where the Driver was looking at her like what's wrong with this lady. He thought he had done something wrong. She didn't speak to me nor introduce herself, just yelling. I explained from the parking lot that I have to have my phone for that reason and if it's an issue, I could leave. She then proceeded to say, in a sarcastically, belittling, rude, nasty and disrespectful way, "it's fine, I'll lock it up behind the counter in the lockers". Well, why were you screaming at me if that's all you needed to do to begin with? All the time this is happening, she's attacking me with rude statements, saying she doesn't like to be disrespected nor have her rules violated, and so on and so on. Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/05/16) */ This person did make an appointment for 3 sessions. She did violate my policy as she arrived 20 minutes late for her 8 am appointment and I was standing outside waiting for her assuming she was lost and let her know she could not bring a cell phone in the office. She became aggressive and disrespectful and yelling she was a Grown woman and no one was going to tell her what to do. I made allowance and put the phone in a Faraday box to shield from 5G as I cater to cancer and Lyme's patients (with the equipment and modalities I am trained in)who do not need additional harmful frequencies interfering with their healing process. She disrupted the office as I had two people in hyperbaric chambers, who told me later and verified to the officer, what the saw and heard, they could hear her yelling at me and disputing my office policies from the inside of the chamber. After things got calmed down one of the patients in the hyperbaric chamber could not clear her sinuses so I got her out of the chamber and she sat in the waiting room to wait on her husband to finish his session. They were on time for their 8 am appointment. I took her back to start a therapy and was looking over her patient history to check for contraindications, none were listed. I noticed she worked for United Health care and asked about it. She got angry when I said I didn't do insurance and said due to our start she didn't want to have a conversion and said" I should get up and Beat Your ***". I told her I thought we should discontinue her visit as she was threatening bodily harm and as I was leaving the room she jumped up off the therapy table and hit me on the left side of my neck. (My neck was broken years ago in a car accident, thrown from a vehicle, I was told by my doctor was the Christopher Reeve's hangman's break) Now I need to see a doctor this Thursday as I am having difficult issues with my left leg which was fine until she attacked me) I told her I was calling the police, went to get her phone to return it and told her she needed to get out of my office. As I handed her fannypack phone case to her she slapped my hand and blocked the door as I opened it and would not get out yelling, demon, we are going to ruin your business, we are going to put you out of business. Of course, the patient in the waiting area watched this display while her husband could hear this activity from the hyperbaric chamber. As I was trying to lock the door and call sheriff department, my patient said hurry she is coming back...she pushed the door back open and said I didn't give her driver's license back, as SHE left it in the therapy room because she was too busy attacking me and putting on her shoes. So I went to get it put it on the counter so she wouldn't strike me again and had to go through the whole bullying routine again to get her out so I could shut the door and lock it. Sheriff's department came and filed report Case # XX-XXXXXX misdemeanor battery 5/13/22. The officer stated she is from Miami Gardens according to her driver's license and her behavior is cultural from that area. He also stated that Miami Gardens was the highest homicide rates and the most violent area of Florida. So no...I did nothing wrong. She stated WE are going to ruin your business, so apparently, she was not working alone and this is a racial and political hit job. I will be going to Governor Desantis for help as I believe this is due to big pharma's opposition to wellness care. It seems Antifa is going into high gear and I am not the only one being attacked in Natural Health Care. I never put my hands on her nor wad she the one to ask for services to end. After she was attacking me with verbal, government terrorists talk and the Healthcare industry, as you can see in her response, I explained that I wasn't there to speak about that and only to have my services done. I told her I'm a licensed insurance agent and she began to verbally attack me. And that's when I told her she would not be performing any wellness services on me. As the statement shows, I was 2 minutes late due to an accident and taking an Uber, this lady immediately started to yell and scream at me. I explained to her multiple times that I needed my phone for my return Uber and that it was turned off, which should not affect anyone else. She refused to stop yelling. I was professional with her and she continued to scream she doesn't appreciate anyone disrespecting and violating her policies and rules. I explained several times that was not the case and offered to cancel and not do the services if it causes any problems for her. She continued to mention she could put the phone in a locker, which I think could've been offered before. She continued on, even while putting the phone away about violation of her rules. I told her I could go ahead and leave because I am an adult and she could not continue to speak to me in that manner and expect me to want to stay. She sarcastically says to me, we're all adults. I also offered to cancel one of the services so it wouldn't conflict with her schedule for the 2 minutes of being late. She said, no, I should be able to work with all 3. I was and am a professional and did my best to 1. Patronize her business, which I do wellness services frequently. 2. Give her the benefit of the doubt 3. Explained to her that I am a vegan, and did not want to discuss any conspiracy theories with her because I was not there for that. And I explained I used to work for United Healthcare. She started to insult my profession, the company and Healthcare industry, that we were apart of being in opposition to wellness. And people shouldn't have health insurance. I explained that I maybe would've spoken about my thoughts of it, however, due to the nature of how it started, I did not want to. She was furious by this. I live a holistic life personally, hence, the reason for me being there. However, my opinions of the industry were irrelevant at that time. It took her almost 30 minutes to even attempt the first service, which she wasn't ready for, because she kept walking back and forth on a rampage about her policies. As far as her customers, if they're honest, they would've told these truths. She probably offered them a discount to side with her. And yes, I did ask her if my light irritated her? After asking for my phone back, as she slowly moved to provide it. And she said no, it doesn't, but she doesn't like what I'm about or stand for. I told her to talk to GOD about it, if she had an issue with me. And yes, told her she must be a demon. I never attacked her nor touched her. This lady is racist, nasty and rude. I told her she should not be in business, I never said "we" would ruin it. Who is "we"? She will do that herself. GOD doesn't like ugliness. I told her she should not be providing Wellness services to anyone with her energy and vibes. I still stand behind this. Google reviews shows experiences others have had similar to mine. The positive ones are mostly fake. I said God bless you and left, however, remembered she still had my license. She asks for this information and prepayment for a reason, so she can treat people disgustingly rude. As far as, Miami Gardens, I'm not sure if this was discussed, however, I wasn't born in Florida and do not reflect the actions of those that may not be in alignment with love and peaceful actions. However, I am and I've helped thousands upon thousands to naturally heal from just my presence. I have also been in the health and wellness industry for longer than she has, as well as, a highly trained Chef. I vibrate on a higher level and do not reflect what this lady has conjured in her mind and response in attempt to defend her behavior. I was never aggressive, very professional and more than patient with her behavior. I filed this complaint to warn others of her business practices and MY experience with Robyn. I pray for her healing because it's definitely obvious she needs to self reflect from within and face her darkness in the mirror. She cannot properly heal others without 1st healing herself. It's ludicrous that her behavior would turn to this terrible experience and ATTACK ON ME, for being 2 minutes late. This should confirm to anyone reading this about her. Robyn knows the truth of how this day went and whether she wants to admit her wrong doings or not, she'll have to live with it on her heart and soul. I don't know how Antifa or anything else she's talking about in her statement even comes up, however, this further confirms her rants going on with me, which I didn't engage in. And this again, made her more furious. I don't behave in the way she has portrayed me, however, she does. Sheriff department was called due to her behavior. End of story. Oh not only did Governor Desantis office get notified, but also her human resources department, attorney general of the State of Florida but also Insurance Commissioner who governs United Health Care.
