I received a Medicare summary notice with fraud claims from Halo Florida DME LLC, located at 710 Pondella Rd, STE4, North Fort Myer, FL. These companies need to be investigated and held accountable for their criminal actions. Be vigilant of this company and do your due diligence.

I also received a telephone call from a female saying that she was a Medicare representative and that I would receive FREE Medical devices. She is an Imposter. Unfortunately, Medicare did pay to the Halo company well over $1,000 for these devices, that I did not authorize. Now they are billing me $294.00 for what medicare didn't cover and we did not authorize this in any way, Bunch of SCAMMERS so be alert.

**** *, I recently received a call from a representative for Medical Equipment, here in Florida. It was my first contact from this representative, I know nothing about the Business and never sent any Dr's order for Medical Equipment. It was my understanding they obtained my information though a database, they were polite and very convincing regarding sending me medical equipment. I stated to the caller I did not need any medical supplies and they requested Medical ID information which I gave and regret. I am sharing this to make others aware of these calls. Please beware, and hang up. Avoid the frustration and headaches from such scamer's and frauds.

******, the first respondent to your BBB reviews is CORRECT. Halo Florida is a FRAUD SCAMMER, that I am in the process of reporting to Medicare Fraud Unit.
I have a Ph.D. in Business Administration, am 83 yrs old, retired and have worked in Computer Technology for over 30 years. I also received a telephone call from a female saying that she was a Medicare representative and that I would receive FREE Medical devices. She is an Imposter. Unfortunately, Medicare did pay to the Halo company well over $1,000 for these devices, that I did not authorize.

Company called my mother and asked if they could send some free stuff to my dad who is ill. My mom of course said yes because she is elderly and forgetful. Without knowing ANYTHING about my dad this company sent some random medical devices that aren't even appropriate for him and then included paperwork so they could bill their insurance. Bunch of scammers taking advantage of the elderly!!
