Hired artesian pool *** in ************* to put pool in. Provided pictures of what I wanted. Did not want the screen on the edge of the spa and pool. They said pictures does not mean that is what you will get that it is just a wishlist. There was no communication on the front end besides went in person to choose tiles, pavers & coping as they stated they had 100 pools in process. The pool cost around $100K. We received a quote prior to closing for $70sK (from another ***** how in a few months did it go up $20K or that is allowed due to supply and demand. I asked for a breakdown of the fees and they would not provide. I asked for the screen to be fixed and they stated I have to pay another $15K that this was what I wanted but it was not what I wanted. I want to come to an agreement on a lesser amount since it was not done as to what I provided. There are further details which can be disguised in a call. Thank you

I have attached the final drawing that the client approved as well as the 3D rendering prior to the pool construction. She was offered to extend her deck during construction and she did not want the extra expense of around 3K for the extension and declined. She was explained again at that time, that the screen would be on the pool edge and the spa as the original drawings show. She has told us on several occasions that she had signed off with her loan company to release the final funds, only to find out it was a lie. She has been caught lying to several subcontractors and employees and her word is beyond dishonorable. She is merely sore that she is not happy with her decision on her screen location and bitterly trying to force us to pay for it. The 15K option was to completely remove the existing screen, extend the deck, and construct a new screen. She has also stated that her pool now has stains in it. There was no staining in the pool when the service company completed the 30 day start up. The stains were found in the pool months after she hired her own service company who has also been replaced. Since finding out about her dishonesty, we have filed a lien on her property and will be taking legal action against her. If she spreads false information in an attempt to smear our company about any of the issues on her job, she will be getting sued for slander as well.
