We got our solar panels from Xando. One is no longer working and we are contacting them for 2-3 months now with no answers. The phones seem no longer be working. The project manager we used to contact is no longer w the company, neither is the sales person. There is no way to get thru to talk w some one in Xando to have out panel fixed. We had tried emails, phone calls etc. We are wondering if they are out of business which would have an impact on the warranted and contract of our panelsReview from Matthew N

Had a leak. Soaked through drywall. Xando said it was the roof not from the solar. The roofer said it was from the solar. The roofer took pics of the leak. After our first experience from the tech from xando, and the cursing and swearing he did when he was previously here, I had the roofer seal up the leak where it bolted in the truss. Now I try to call xando but can't get through. I'm not sure they're still in business.Review from Steve C

Installed panels about a year ago. And now my roof is leaking. I have emailed, called, everything. No response. Even went on FB and messaged. Nothing. Phone number doesnt work, emails go untouched. Do not go through this company. Terrible service.Review from Lavonne H

Xando Energy installed solar on my home did a terrible job and my roof is leaking. I reached out to the co and they send out an employee 1 time to brand aid the problem and stated they will return back in 2 days no one never showed up. Xando block my number. I am seeking an Attorney. Do not deal with this co for anything. Bad business.Review from Jim M

worst company I have ever dealt with. When I think of Xando I think of "Florida Man" .Have been trying to get them to finish job for over eight months , neither the roof or solar is completed .I asked for lien releases ,partial or final from them and their subs and a list of subs ,xando has provided nothing except excuses ,which they are good at .This job could have been completed months ago if they had been just a little cooperative . 8 months and counting , will it ever get completed by them or will I need to get others in to complete it ? Unfortunantely you have to leave 1 star.Review from Jean S

Leak in our roof and ceiling from one of the solar panels within months. Came out and said they cant find a leak. Leak back and now they arent answering our calls.

They offered a leaking warranty for 25 years, that was how they convinced me, the installation went good, after the installation, some panels were not working, they replaced them but took a very long time, they were blaming there was shade on the panels, I had to fly my drone and take pictures at different times of the day so they were convinced there was no shade.at the end I am saving around $50 per month for what I pay to FPL and the solar panels loan.what they dont tell you is that your insurance rate will skyrocket, my insurance went up around $300/month so there is no business here. the whole point to install solar panels was to get savings, which I dont see now.now I am looking for ways to get my panels removed.Review from Steve D

Suspected SCAM,Installer Will put a Mechanics Lien on your (if on your Roof )Title Deed to your Home. Beware Consumers.These young 20 something estimators/sales people are NOT Prepared nor experienced. They are only there for you to sign a Contract. Xando's so called "estimator" came to my home in ******** 8/9/2023 dispatched from call center immediately requested to see:.Title/Deed to the house. WTF,I said NO. I'm a Land Surveyor, I have written Deeds. .FP&l bill for last yr. I refused.gave him 6 months summary of usage and monthly payments. He looked at that.but still demanded billing statement .asked to see my spouse and demanded she be present. I refused He said he wanted to run credit check .i again declined.He expected cash and contract He Left without giving me an Estimate. We will not be doing service Xando/ ******** I just want a Free Estimate and Then "I WILL DECIDE IF YOU DO THE INSTALLATION." NOT YOU WHO DECIDES AND THEN PUTS A MECHANICS LIEN ON MY ROOF A****** This isn't **********. Lastly,I DONT WANT SOLAR PANELS ON MY ROOF. TOO MANY PROBLEMSReview from Donna W.

Your company has been represented to us by two of your outstanding employees, ********************* and ***************************** this morning. Their presentation of your solar panels, company and understanding the energy concept, was given clearly, fully and with integrity. To us, its almost a no brainer, knowing what we want. We are very pleased we chose you with the multitude of solar sales out there, especially because you are local and an all in one company. I would not recommend. This company is very toxic and their unlicensed telemarketing room is very unprofessional. The Dept of Agriculture Consumer Services need to investigate.
