  I would like to address the ongoing issues with the landscaping company responsible for maintaining our common areas. The company is not fulfilling their contractual obligations, including proper weeding, applying chemical spray, and fertilizing the areas. The monthly well checks are also unsatisfactory, with incomplete work from previous months still outstanding. Furthermore, there have been instances where the service has been lacking for approximately a week at a time, and the trimming of shrubbery is being done randomly instead of on a weekly basis. These problems seem to occur sporadically, with some months being worse than others. It is concerning that after sharing a video or email with the community, we coincidentally see the work getting done days later. This inconsistent service is unacceptable, and we are also troubled by the lack of transparency, detailed reports, or any suggested credit for the subpar service.

  The landscaping company threatened to sue me for submitting an honest and factual complaint against Your Tree Experts of Florida L.L.C. Their work continues to be sporadic and with no communication to me to help remediate my concerns and the concerns of the homeowners. as we continue to pay $2,860 every month. They sprayed for weeds recently, but the weeds never died, which seemed impossible. I believe they are also watering down the chemicals they use, or they may be old and ineffective. There's no accountability with Your Tree Experts of Florida L.L.C., and they refuse to talk to me to work things out, only threatening ligation. Several homeowners also witnessed the lack of integrity from Your Tree Experts of Florida L.L.C.

  In July of 2023 this company was hired to perform several projects -Clusia install -Palm tree/shrub/clusiantrimming -Retaining wall and paving stone work -Irrigation work The palm tree/clusia trimming was butchered causing the death of several trees.The irrigation work was never completed.The Masonry was was also never completed. What was done is of such poor quality nothing is level, square or plumb. Drainage is also an issue now.When contacted about about the above the owner told me the following.he would have his guy (s) say whatever to deny responsibility.I have move pictures to support the absolutely unacceptable work.

  I contracted with Your Tree Experts LLC (***************************, Owner/Operator) to do a commercial job while other jobs were already in play. When it was realized that the general quality of their workmanship was substandard, I elected to cancel this particular project since nothing had yet begun. There is nothing on the written contract to indicate cancellation criteria, so I both texted the need to cancel so there would be something in writing and also verbally mentioned this desire. **************** made excuse after excuse as to why he could not return my money ($8,694). I asked for receipts to see if anything had already been purchased but he never would produce any receipts -- and never returned any of my money. If any goods had been purchased, he could easily have brought the raw goods to me (since they would have been purchased with my money), yet he refused to do that either. This contractor has proven to be unreliable, unaccountable, and a less-than-reputable contractor. In summary, he has $8,694 of my money and I have no goods or services. He has walked away *****-free with money that was never earned and this is not proper business practice especially for someone who constantly touts himself as a practicing ********* and US Marines veteran!
