    I sent an email on Thursday 1/25/24 as directed by *********** ******* to *************************************** with pictures enclosed about an ongoing issue with a brand new Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher. That was delivered in December. We purchased the entire kitchen appliance package brand new. This email was sent this AM:************************************** *******, could you please at least confirm that you have received the email attached that I sent Thursday ?Our patience has grown very thin. I dont appreciate not getting any calls, emails etc.I have not heard ANYTHING. There is a dent in the outer top part of the unit since they dropped off in December. I have had multiple conversations with the service department, who refused to come look and cancelled at the last minute, the installation,delivery department, and with ******* *********** and ****** the store manager. I can't install the dishwasher. My plumber came out and showed us that the top spinning arm is off balance due to the dent on the top.I NEED HELP I can show you the times and phone calls on my phone made to Jetson Please answer, I appreciate it.***************************

    **** from Jetson TV & Appliance Center, Inc. stated they don't have a ******* at their office and the only thing that comes up with the consumer's phone number  is a dishwasher sent back in 2016. After looking up just the consumer's name the latest purchase he saw was from back in 2017. **** also explained that they can provide damage credits when this sort of incident takes place. However, the consumer should call to locate their order and resolve this matter using #: ************** .

    Paid $250 for a 5 year wty on ** *********** has been 2 years and a wheel inside the refrig broke. Jetson's says that the warranty doesn't cover that. When I called ** direct, they said that if I had purchased their warranty, it would have been covered. Jetson's wants to charge me $100 because wheel must come with a drawer. Jetson's should cover this or refund the $250 that I paid for the warranty.NOTE: I have peviously been very happy with Jetson's and disappointed that when I asked any of the three managers to call me, they didn't. Really intended to replace washer and dryer from Jetson's this spring but guess I will not do that if Jetson's doesn't fix this problem.

    We purchased an upright freezer from Jetsons in Port St Lucie on 03/09/21 for $920. The unit was working perfectly up until 10/29/23, when we woke up to water on the floor in front of the freezer and the unit temperature was 64 degrees. We were not able to get the unit running at proper temp and contacted Jetsons. A repair tech was sent to our home on 11/10/23, who told us there was nothing he could do as there was no warranty. We reminded him there was a 5 yr warranty, he said he would look into it and left. We contacted the store and was told, there is a 5yr warranty and they would need to contact the manufacturer, Danby, to see if the unit would be repaired or replaced. The manager said the unit would probably be replaced as it sounded that the freon had leaked out of it and it would be more expensive to repair vs replace. It in now 12/14/23 and Jetsons is still giving us the runaround that ***** has not contacted them because they are in ****** and they can't do anything until they do. We just wanted Jetsons to do the right thing, honor the warranty and either repair or replace the unit, instead they have chosen to make the customer suffer while nothing gets done.

    Bought a high end Dacor refrigerator 3 months ago. Unit was delivered with a dented top panel. Jetson delivered a second dented panel about two weeks later which went back. Since then there has been NO CONTACT from Dacor and their sales Rep ****** I just had an unsatisfactory call with Jetson and am clearly getting the run around. I feel they hope the situation just goes away. Im ready to call a lawyer and **** Thanks for your help ***********************

    We purchased an ** refrigerator from Jetsons and an extended 5-year warranty with NSI through Jetsons. The warranty was explained to us as covering labor and parts for repairs, if the unit breaks down. We also, specifically, asked under what circumstances would we be reimbursed for the refrigerator or get a replacement, if it turned out to be a lemon. The salesman at Jetsons said flat out after 3 major repairs. Now NSI and Jetsons are saying that as long as they can fix it there wont be a refund or replacement. So far, we are on our 7th service call for failures of the compressor, ice maker, control panel, all the drawer rails, and other failures. The ice maker is still not working properly and we are awaiting yet another repair. When I told them I would take them to court, Jetsons representative told me they were canceling my warranty with NSI. Jetsons misrepresented (fraud) the warranty they were selling to **.

    In 2022 purchased refrigerator for kitchen, the compressor failed 2 times in less than a year.4/14 Jetson's tech: replace kitchen refrigerator filter. Did not check 2nd garage refrigerator; said that was no longer under warranty (bought 2019)Replaced kitchen frig filter. kitchen ice maker failed. Water dripped & ice congealed. We thawed it & put it back. Next ************ of water on new laminate floor installed June 2022. Food from kitchen freezer removed to the garage refrigerator. Next morning removed all food from kitchen refrigerator to garage refrigerator & 3 ice chests. My ******** 16 lb bags of ice 2x/day. My wife is 81 & I'm 84 we both are being treated for serious health issues including back, *********** pain. We lost $300 dollars worth of food, bought $100 worth of ice. This doesn't include gas, time, inconvenience. 4/21 Jetson Tech diagnosed kitchen refrigerator: bad compressor. I became incensed & lost my temper. Invested lots for new appliances as part of total home renovation June 2022.Jetson's tech paid $100 to repair garage refrigerator that was freezing food. Had to spend about $300 total for garage frig repair. 4/22 Visited Jetson's for help. Received none. Made emergency call to Whirlpool 4/26; ******** tech dispatched but did nothing. Couldn't check temp because Jetson tech unplugged kitchen frig. 4/28 Jetson tech installed compressor. He left for extra parts he forgot, returned, completed repair, that part failed too. instructed put bottle of water in kitchen ************** call the next day. Water never froze. Near May 1 another compressor installed by Jetson's tech that worked. My daughter, ************** who submitted this report for us saw 2 gashes at bottom of kitchen freezer portion - none of ** know how they got there. She considers Jetson's guilty of financial elder abuse and wants to schedule a press conference to warn others. We were sold a used refrigerator and we demand that it be removed and our money refunded.

    On March 1, 2023 I purchased a ** kitchen suite of 4 appliances from Jetson TV and Appliance in Stuart, *******. The items I purchased were to be new and not demo, display or items returned from other customers. On March 1, I charged $1,250.00 to my Fidelity card and paid the balance of $3,703.46 on April 3.The four items were delivered on April 7, 2023 Immediately I had concerns on what was shipped and delivered. I am not familiar with the process that purchases of this nature as they are infrequent in my existence.However, too many problems were obvious in the delivery of what appears to be three of the items as used. Not new, as I contracted for and paid for.The Refrigerator, Range, Microwave were delivered unboxed. Only the dishwasher was boxed.When unboxing the dishwasher there were clear protective plastic that is installed to protect the visible surfaces. All three other items that were unboxed did not have any protective coverings.I did not pay attention to this until later when issues arose. The range was delivered missing a necessary part. The refrigerator had loose parts in it that Jetson has told me are not part of the refrigerator. The excellent salesman did bring to my attention that the refrigerator was delivered with a dent. He further agreed at a later date to issue a $200 credit for the damage, which I agreed was reasonable. As of today the credit has not been issued.As to the missing part for the range earlier this week I went to pick up the part. I have to guess that they opened another range box and took the part out. The problem is the box they must have opened had the part of a different range. The part is not for my range. Yesterday, April 15 they sent a service tech who agreed the part they sent is not the correct part.My main issue is why were three items delivered unboxed. With the refrigerator with stray parts in it and the range missing parts, one has to assume that these units are or were either a display or a returned item.I have been asking for clarification on this issue for two weeks without resolution. I am continually told they are working on it. As of today I has my credit card company put a hold on the second charge. My opinion is they shipped we three used appliances and one new. I define used as the product was used as a display or was shipped to another customer and returned whether used or not. THIS IS NOT WHAT I CONTRACTED FOR.It is weeks after my asking for both the credit and an detail history of these items which at this point after two weeks of asking, one has to assume they are refusing to inform me of the history, hoping I will just go away. I will not do this. At this point unless they resolve these outstanding issues I have no other course of action but to have my credit card put a hold on both charges. My hope is that this action will move Jetson management to correct their poor business practices and treat me properly. Admit that that three of the units are used, offer to replace them immediately, or offer a substantial credit for selling used items and an extended warranty. I have no clue what may have happened to these units that might create premature failure.

    I bought a dishwasher in Nov of 2021 and it leaked water all over my floor in August. They came and repaired it but it leaked again. When I called them again I was told it is now out of warranty and I had to pay. They did come back , at no , charge and tried to fix it again. Again it leaked and now I am being told that they will not fix it or doing anything else for me. All want to do is have them exchange this for another brand and I am very willing to pay the difference and they won't

    Purchased a fridge on 9/31/22 at this company. On 12/22/22. It quit working. They refused to come out. Then finally decided they would. The service man came out. Said the unit was froze up because we left the freezer door ajar. Told us to turn off set a fan and we did. It started working. Now this morning at 4:39 in the morning. A alarm went off. Same as before. They told us to call the manufacturer and they will sent someone out. When we called. Couldnt find the registration for me. The serial number come up to someone else. So that means they have sold this fridge before. It was registered to someone else. I guess it continued to not work right. So they took it back. And resold to us. They need to take this appliance back and either replace it or give us our money back.

    Purchased oven October 2021. Delivered 5/27/22.Due to family illness and death, did not use it until now.First time, melted the paint off the cabinet door next to the range.When the oven is on you CAN NOT use the k**** in the front, as they are too hot. Need to use pot holder to turn on cooktop. Additionally, technician recommended the only "safe" way to use your oven is to pull it away from the wall, the length of the chord while in use. *******, standing in front of a hot oven with the escaping heat hitting you and trying to use the cooktop. Mind you, with pot holders as the k**** are too hot to turn on and off. Jetsons sent a technician out three times, replaced gasket and hinges, but the problem continued. Then they told me a Whirlpool tech had to come out to "bless" the refund/exchange. He came out and said there is nothing that can be done. Using the oven "in its place" WILL heat up and possible burn your cabinets (as it started to to on use #1). Jetsons still refusing to return. This is insane and a total scam/ripoff of the consumer. Jetsons sold me all three appliances and now they are deferring to Whirlpool. I just want this out of my house. I am VERY fearful of a fire. I prefer not to do business with Jetsons with this type of treatment and would just like a full refund. I hope this goes out to others so no one else experiences the frustration and lack of customer service (runaround from them to Whirlpool) from Jetsons.
