Our patio enclosure was to be put in by the end of August. I never heard from them. I called 3 times before any called me back. They did not have me on the schedule. I tried to cancel. They said I would lose my deposit. They said they would do something about being late. They never called back. It didnt get finished until November. Then I got a call that I late paying the bill. I let them know I never got a statement or call back. The customer service was awful. She said it was my fault?Review from Michael B

Total scammers. They redid our screen enclosure a while back and never replaced the screws they put into the quote. When I had someone redo their work, they said there is no way those screws were replaces as they were completely rotted through. They could not even find their own invoice as they had an IT "incident" years back and lost all of their data! I tried to reach the owner multiple times after his staff was less than helpful, but never received a call or email. Terrible work and liars!Review from Ann Margaret D

Do NOT use this company!!! Do NOT use their sister company The Gutter Factory either!!! ****!!! The Gutter Factory is not even registered with the BBB. I had the unfortunate experience with The Gutter Factory with a guy named ****, let me tell you he is the most unprofessional businessman I have had to deal with. After the gutters they installed did NOT pass inspection, they have failed to accept any responsibility in rectifyiing the situation. Words alone could not express my frustration with this terrible company!!! Months, and months with no call backs, and not one, two or three texts, but a dozen or more to try to reach someone. I finally do talk to this guy named ****, and he tells me, the homeowner, that he came out without even letting me know that he was on the property, no phone call, no ringing the doorbell, not even a call from the Guard Gate!!! What a complete JOKE!!! Please, do yourself a favor, if you live in PGA, or anywhere around ************* West I seriously reccomend a different company. Do your homework first as they say, you'll be glad you did!!!
