            Purchased a hot water heater in Feb. 2021. heater's top is full of rust spots and when touch it feels wet. called and they asked if I had a leak above, said No. It is warranteed for 6 years BUT if I wanted someone to come and look at it, they would charge $165., also I would have to call the manufacturer, they do not deal with warranty. called the manufacturer, said the same, had to pay for someone to look at it. feel it is NO way to do business, were happy to take my money and sell me a heater with WARRANTY but no one is willing to help now without money. does a customer need to spend more money for them to tell you that you probably need a new heater.

            The warranty is with the manufacuture. She purchased it early 2021 and was told how the warranty works. We already looked at it before with no charge. She was told to use maufacture waranty company and they do not go out for free either.There is no issue with the water temperature just doent like how it looks. She is more than welcome to call someone else, She has not used us for anyother plumbung issues than in 2021, not sure who whe has been using. We have to pay our emplyess to go out there, fuel etc, add remeber he were there once for free already for the same issue.

            When they came back after purchase it was because a noise which turned out to be from building drain. No I havent used their service since then , I live in any apartment have no need .  Its not because I dont like the way it looks , it is all rusted and sometimes wet to the touch, Im sure this is not normal. What happens if it explodes, are they responsible then. Its unbelievable that a plumbing firm bears no responsibility for what they sell to the consumer

            At this time I am unable to pay a fee to you or warranty firm,  could you please say who I would contact if this heater explodes, you or the supplier?  I happen to locate some papers dating back , seems like you werent to put that type heater into my condo without additional parts so  warranty is probably not in effect anyway. What a great plumbing firm to have in our community, helping everyone out, should be proud!!
