On April 19th 2024 an incident occurred involving an unidentified white male trespassing on our property attempting to steal our vehicle with claims of being a repossession agent.April 21st Advance Recovery Services trespassed on our property and towed our recently purchased 2000 ****** Sienna. On April 22nd contact was made with ********************* manager of ARS and ************************* owner of ARS. My wife and I attempted to explain that the towing of the vehicle was under false pretenses and it was not a legitimate repossession. ***** vehemently refused to listen to myself or my wife and terminated the phone call. She then sent a series of text messages bantering about the unlawful towing practices of the company and attempting to defend their egregious actions. Despite my wife and I thoroughly explaining that the dealership that dispatched ARS for the tow was a fraudulent company our pleas were met only with disdaining responses and a consistent refusal to acknowledge any wrong doing. Furthermore we disclosed that it was personal items, legal documents, and belongings of two disabled seniors inside of the vehicle at the time and that they needed to be returned undisturbed. However, ARS extended their distasteful unprofessionalism and informed us they had already entered the vehicle, removed the items, and inventoried the belongings. After correspondence with FDACS, AG and several other agencies ARS still refused to return the items or vehicle and threatened to contact the authorities on my wife and I. This is still an ongoing matter and sadly the disheartening reality of being African Americans on this land, ARS has displayed negligence and a wilful disregard for the rights afforded to myself and my wife. I simply hope this serves as a grave warning to others to beware of this company and by all means do not support this business in any manner.

**************, The vehicle in question was NOT in your name, therefore your complaints are falling on deaf ears. The ***** has dropped your complaint against the dealership, Advance Recovery Services has never received a complaint from ***** or the ************************ but by all means file one, You seem to have several pending public record law suits claiming Violation of your civil rights and claiming racism, I will be forwarding all I have found to the ********************** on Monday morning. It seems you are targeting small business in our State claiming the same thing. I am not sure why you are making fraudulent statements??  The belongings in the vehicle in question were inventoried by a licensed repossessor on my staff which was NOT *************. And the personal property is currently still being stored at our facility even though your state given 45 days has expired. In the State Of Florida and licensed repossession agent does not need your permission to go onto your driveway, your property, FSS 493 gives us the permissions we need to repossess the vehicle on behalf of the lender. Your demand for $5,555,555.55 was received by email from your wife, and it was forwarded to our attorney along with your "Law Suit". And your request that we enter a payment plan on this matter. Like I mentioned, you are targeting small businesses under the pretense of your Civil Rights being violated due to you being African American, And this in my opinion is fraud against our legal systems as well as the harm you are causing multiple small business and their employees and families.
