My 2015 Ram **** eco diesel Limited with air suspension issues.I first brought it in for the rear air deflating only when in normal height mode but never in OR 1 drive height mode. They said I needed to replace the rear air bags and lines for $3,000.00. I declined and had another shop investigate and they determined no leaks., and recommended to go back to dealer. The dealer then acknowledged no leaks and then said it was the valve block.I had valve block and compressor replaced, but still the same issue.I called FCA and opened a case. They recommended taking back to dealer for them to help diagnose. After paying for new parts being replaced and diagnosing charges they still want me to pay again for diagnosis, along with Chryslers help using STAR program for a correct diagnosis. Why is the customer responsible for incorrectly diagnosing including replacing non faulty parts. This is not how customers paying for a correct diagnosis should be treated.*******************************

ZERO stars! I will NEVER buy from this place again! We bought a new 2022 K5 from here last December, and was in a accident in October. Finally get the repaired car back January. So, my wife made an appointment with *** to bring it in to get an appraisal to see what it was worth now because we wanted to trade it in for a new 2023 K5 to not have to worry about any gremlin issues in the future. These idiots actually told her "we don't do that". What? You don't sell cars? You don't take trade ins? My wife re-explained 3 TIMES that she is looking to purchase a 2023 K5 and would like to know what the trade in value of her 2022 K5 is, just to see if this is going to be financially right for us. These A-HOLES treated her like CRAP!Maybe they were too lazy to work since it was 5:30pm.Maybe because she was a woman who was alone.I will definitely be going to a different dealership, ANY different dealership to get our next vehicle. These JACKASSES will NEVER see another dime from me.

My experience with this company was one full of misleading, uncorroborated statements. I was told that I would have the repairs completed within a week. My warranty company covered a rental car for the reasonable amount of delivery time for a part that had to be ordered, 6 days. 10 days later I finally received a tracking number that ***** said was invalid. There was no information on this package. A dealership associate told me that the package had been picked up in ********* (I was told it was coming from ************, and that is the reason I didnt go pick up the part myself) and then was on a truck for two weeks before the package was scanned into their system. The dealership claimed that ***** was denying any responsibility for the package. I have spent ten days trying to corroborate this claim with *****. I have accelerated the complaint and have been told someone will get back to me. My assumption is the reason that I havent heard back is that these claims are falsehoods. During that same conversation I was told that the freight charge would be dropped and that they would do what they could to help with the rental car. That help was a $1000 charge for the tiny, uncomfortable ***** they saddled me with for three weeks. This price is twice my truck payment for less than a month and lacked any of the utility of the truck it was replacing. Im here for work and needed to use my truck every day. Halfway through the process I had inquired about simply getting my truck back and was told that it was inoperable and wouldnt be driveable without the part. Now Im not a mechanic, but I had just driven the thing from arkansas to ******* and it sure seemed driveable when I drove it to the dealership. Not having any recourse I was left to wait in limbo incurring more charges. I attempted to call my service tech a dozen times and the only way I could get in touch was if he happened to be the one answering. I received maybe three texts during the process.
