You DONT want to know what I think. They Dynamic Pain and Wellness took my pain meds away and giving shots instead. Going on almost 3 yrs now. I needed my pain meds, but so far, I don't have any. Thx for reading.

There are Practice Policies for all patients to adhere to for their safety and to abide by law. Any violation of certain policies can result in certain medications not being prescribed for the safety of the patient.

I was a patient for over two years started out great then it turned into a procedure Mill. Dr McEwen would be in back making the big bucks on sticking needles in you while hiring people who are not qualified to see you such as an anesthesiologist why is an anesthesiologist working with chronic pain patients? That lady took me off the equivalent of what the state of Florida considers about 200 mg of morphine per day down to the equivalent of 30 mg with Narcan made me violently ill from both ends I was born in advance by a nurse I knew there they were looking to kick me out because of the dose of medication I was on it was too high and was taking away from other patients I would not take a severely injured dog to Dynamic pain much less myself or somebody I love matter of fact there's a lawsuit I will be joining against them and if you're a former patient get in on it the Medicare fraud was amazing in the Pensacola I know in Fort Walton I had to do a UA every month and they build Medicare for it twice every month at over 2K for each test I have no faith in a doctor like that they're obviously in it for the money and they obviously don't care thank God I'm in palliative care and I don't have to deal with being pushed into procedures that cause me more trouble sincerely Michael l Olson Freeport Florida if you have a problem with it give me a holler come see me!

We refute all of these false claims. All our Doctors are Board Certified Pain Management Physicians. There is no truths to these claims of lawsuits or fraud. We have thousands of Patients that we care for across the Panhandle and will continue to do so.

Dr ****** is a SCAM artist. He does not care about his patients, he cares about money and opening more, profitable practices. “If you don’t get the procedures I recommend, I won’t think you want to get better” which I (and my other doctors) interpreted as and what he meant was, if you aren’t compliant with the procedures we attempt to force on you, we will unrightfully taper your meds, put false notes in your records to cover our *****, and discharge the patient ASAP. That’s exactly what he did and what he has done to tons of patients. He has SEVERAL litigations against him. *** **** *** **** ** ** ****** *** ***** ***** ** *** ******* ******** ***** **** **** *** ** ***** ** *** ***** ** ** *** *** ***** They are FORCING patients to get regular procedures that don’t help and cause more issues. If the patient says it didn’t help or refuses to do it again (pushing procedures that knowingly don’t work is fraud), the doctor punishes the patient through unnecessary tapering. Ask them about their “THREE PRONG APPROACH” business plan. Essentially, if you don’t get expensive and harmful procedures regularly, this practice will neglect you and falsify your records. If you do get the procedures, they are putting you at risk short term and long term. They are overloading patients with steroids which is causing them more health issues. Also caught Dr ****** and staff in lies multiple times. They intentionally avoid patients they neglected, hang up on them, and force good, compliant patients into dangerous situations and withdrawals. They over medicate to get you hooked on meds then they taper you anytime you say no to anything they recommend. As a patient, you have every right to deny a treatment. They are forcing non FDA approved procedures and telling us it will heal us. That’s not even legal! AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST!

DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness is an interventional pain management medical practice.  Our physicians use a multimodal approach to treat pain.  The goal of DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness is to manage chronic pain through interventional procedures and other conservative treatment options while decreasing the opioid burden in patients.

Ms. ******** was a patient at DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness from March 31, 2020 until May 18, 2022.  The patient makes many false claims in her complaint.  She claims Dr. ***** is a scam artist.  Dr. ****** is a well respected pain physician who created DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness to help patients with chronic pain.  DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness has grown to 7 clinics with 10 physicians since its inception.  The patient also claims DYNAMIC put false records in her chart.  All of our providers are licensed medical professionals.  The only information that goes in a patient’s chart is what the patient discloses as well as the treatment from our practice.  Ms. ******** states that DYNAMIC attempted to force procedures on her and if she didn't comply then her medication would be “unrightfully tapered.”  This particular patient refused to stop a medication that interacted unfavorably with pain medicine and therefore was tapered off her medication.  Everything that is done at DYNAMIC is voluntary.  Ms. ******** claims DYNAMIC forces procedures that “knowingly don’t work” and therefore committing fraud.  Our physicians are all board certified pain physicians and use proven interventional procedures to help reduce pain.  Medication is changed when it is medically necessary and for no other reason.  Medication is a small tool that aids in the process of chronic pain management not the main tool. She also refers to DYNAMIC’s “Three Prong Approach” business plan.  There is no such business plan at DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness.

Further, this patient discussed these issues at length several times with multiple providers as well as the CEO.  Each time the patient refused to understand the reasons behind the medical decisions made regarding her care.  These decisions were agreed upon by multiple providers in the practice.   Further the patient did not stop her care with us, for many months, even after bringing up her concerns.  She made a formal complaint to her insurance company, United Healthcare, which thoroughly investigated her claims and found no merit to them and her case was dismissed.  She was eventually discharged from the practice due to patient/doctor relationship breakdown when she cursed loudly and became confrontational with a provider.  This shows she really had no issues with our care as she only stopped as a patient when we dismissed her from the practice. If the patient truly believed what was written, and they were true, why would she continue as a patient?

It is extremely unfair that a complaint like this, which has no basis in reality, would be allowed on your site nearly 2 years after seeing this patient last.  We hope BBB will remove this complaint due to many false accusations.  If her insurance company found no issues, there is no way this should be used against us in a public forum as it is entirely untrue. 

I've been going here for 3 years. Never seen the Dr unless I was getting injections. Their testing policy is extremely Flawed!! I was told I tested positive for meth 2 years ago and recently tested positive for Fentanal which is the craziest shit I've ever heard. I've never in my life done drugs. One time someone offered to buy my pee in front of the employee taking the samples!!! And when I told them that was impossible I went within 1 hour to my primary and got a blood test done. And it came back negative of course!! They cut my meds off without even telling me and not informing me of positive tests. I had to call because my meds weren't at pharmacy. They didn't have the courtesy to call me!! I'm the paying client. And I had to go days in withdrawal and I got very sick. They didn't show any compassion whatsoever. They could care less. I've seen people through the last 3 years blow up mad in this place and I understand why now!! I've had MANY injections over the years here and I was new to area so I stayed. People selling their pulls outside and it looks like a damn hangout for addicts. I Trusted Dr.******** and everything he put into my body. If there was ever any illegal drugs in my system then he put them there!! Period. I shouldn't have to go on my own and prove that I was clean just because they are unprofessional and un organized. The treat you like your a criminal and make you feel like your always doing something wrong!! They accused me of lying when they should've admitted their own mistakes with the system. Nobody will ever question my integrity and morals. This place is a joke!!! I truly regret staying here for so long.

As a company we have strict policies in place and due to the aggressive, multiple inaccurate accusations and demeaning behavior we had to make the decision that it was in the company's best interest and safety to no longer see this patient. 

This place is a complete pillmill. They continue to somehow remove my post so I will continue to tell you people how terrible this place is. If you are in real pain DO NOT EXPECT TO GET HELP. The ones get the pills are the drug addicts. This office is so dirty. You got people passed out in the waiting room. You got people swapping pee cups from there people in there calls. I won't forget the ones wanting to sell there oxycodone so they can go buy street drugs. I have seen so much in this office for 2 years now. The nurses look like they rolled out of bed and threw there eyelashes on in the dark and went to work. This place is a straight pill mill. Take every kind of insurance and the real dr is invisible and the PA are very disrespectful like you are there wanting drugs. I do not recommend this office for anyone that is needing pain meds but the one who don't go stop by.
