    On 10/1/23 I told Pete the manager that I was have neck surgery on 11/1 and couldn't pay on my pawn which I already paid $142.50 plus $40 down which in total $ 182.50 because of the neck surgery I'm not able to drive for 6 to 8 weeks I'm in a brace and can not be Jarred around at all in a car. When I told them I couldn't keep the pawn they told me the would keep my money that all I would get back is $3 in store credit. Something needs to be done about this business before I go to the local news and to our sheriff department and report it they are nothing but the ifs

    Good morning , spoke with Mrs. ****** regarding her layaway and the money that was fortified. Agreed to give her a refund in the amount of $111.25 this was the correct amount she paid on her layaway. Thanked me for the call and will continue to do business with us. Please close ticket.

    My name is Miss *****, owner of a hair salon. I know about customer service. On Oct 12 I went to Cash America Pawn. I always shoped there many times. I bought Harley Davidson MC, Many gold chains +. Never had a bad experience before. On 12th Oct. I put a gold necklace on lay-away. When I picked them up I asked employee #71615 to put in on for me, and she did. When I got home it fell off so the next day I called to let them know what happened. I did not want the money back, just an exchange. the lady on the phone was really rude so I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager in a very rude tone, so I asked if she could be polite and be good customer service. She asked me if I bought the warranty which I was not informed of. No one had ever told me about it. Maybe they can have meetings to tell there employees about telling customers. Employee #71615 said she had told me, but rudley pretty much calling me a liar. They will not give the money back only half of $35. even for and exchange. They never informed me about the return policy. If you go into any other Pawn shop or jewlery store they would never treat you that bad. I know its hard to find good employees but the customer should be treated better that the way they treated me. I have spent so much money there. After this Lay-awy I will not be shopping at this shop.

    I spoke to the customer today, her complaint was her not being able to return the item she purchased I explained to her why they would not take the item back, she purchased the item as is with not returns, that is stated on her receipt, and she signed the receipt acknowledging the fact that no returns were allowed.

    I told her I would make an exception and would refund the money for her; she thanked me for doing that for her and said she was satisfied.  She said she would be in later in the month for the refund.

    Customer satisfied.
