    Paid for a service contract and they refused to honor it.

    To whom it may concern,

    First and foremost yes we have refused to service *** ********* however that is because  has been nothing but nasty, vulgar and derogatory towards the owners of our company. We advised the customer on what to do moving forward.  

    We at A.C.E. HEAT AND AIR INC, are NOT the underwriter for this "Insurance Policy". I have contacted the warranty company regarding *** ******** and his policy. They attempted to contact **********y regarding what to do moving forward.

    This policy is not exclusively held with A.C.E. HEAT AND AIR INC. The policy is through HVAC/ FORTEGRA. There contact information is 1-800-867-2216 or online 4repair.net The customer can have anyone repair the unit and all the homeowner,

    has to do is contact the insurance company for reimbursement.

    This problem has been going on since at least 12/11/22, maybe even further. My AC was not working so they replaced the fan motor. Then it kept happening and happening until I called a different company, who fixed it quickly. I have a heat pump outside, and Ace kept on shotgunning parts. When they replaced the fan motor the bill was $421. Of which i paid $400. The problem kept happening happening. My air would run, then it would start blowing hot air into my house, so I had to use more air to cool it back down. None of the parts they charged me for fixed the problem. Now, they have charged me almost $1,000 for work that helped none. Cause of this blowing of heat, my electric bill doubled. I hope you can help me with this issue. I've done business with them for years, but they failed to tell what these parts cost, labor, and unreasonable trip charges. Again, my new HVAC company found it to to be a simple wiring mistake.     First I would like to see where another company came out as proof.

    When we went out to ** *****, we told him parts are going to be hard to get as the model  serial #' where not visible   attached are work order which should be self explanatory.   We did not charge him for the service calls if they where in the allotted time for recalls

    He would call us constantly when his t-stat was off 2 degrees...he himself installed a t-stat that was wrong which hhad us go out and replace.   I do not understand what he is complaining  about
