  Date 10/08/2022 Cost $5,500 Emerald Coast Venue..(Perfect Day Planning and events llc) Fort Walton Beach, they are scam artists. Posted a review and they blocked it. They also built their Facebook pages as personal pages to try and prevent reviews. Decorations were nothing close to what we agreed upon in our contract, even though we paid 3150 for decorations. All that was done was table cloths put up, the chair and background for the chair. And a few ivy leaves. We were only supposed to provide plates and a vase centerpiece for the tables. There were no flowers or greenery that was supposed to be provided. We were then made to wait for the keys for more than 2 hours,cake people were waiting in the hot car for hours with a melting cake because they refused to bring us the key, I personally offered to drive down at 935am for the key and they only asked for a 30 minutes heads up. So I gave a 40 minute heads up and still waited an additional 2 hours outside the venue.I have texts stating everything was fine after the party, damages wise. Refused to give us the security deposit. Stating they couldnt find the key( they didnt say a word until after i asked for the desposit back).The contract said that rekeing was 300 and they kept the entire security deposit of 500. My credit card that was left there was not returned for 4 days. The kitchen was dirty, the fridge, deep freezer &sink were broken & trashed.They also did not provide the dancing in the cloud services then later stated that we were told that needed to be where IT was located (the setup and dance floor was no where near that), also did not get refunded for that. there was a toilet seat in the hallway when we got there and mop buckets by the door, a ladder they would not move.They also threatened to charge us more due to "damages" from the children putting a dress up the stairs that they would not unlock. We offered to handle it although no damage was visible. They declined.
