I was renting two units at this place! One of the units had an extension cord connected to a power source which was then cut but agent **** I’ve spoke with him and the live on site maintenance guy no one will replace or refund me my money! They also kicked me out from the storage place 6 days before they were supposed to and the contract states 15days so I was forced out! They have violated my rights and the contract by making verbal in person threats! I’m in fear of my life from these people. One night while working overnight in the unit the other tent comes down and peeps in my unit and tells me he’s gonna make sure they kick me out and he will not stop unit it happens! He also stated he would destroy everything single thing I had going on because some issue with the facility power! He blamed it all on me! I have videos of conversation with the live on site maintenance guy telling things he shouldn’t be about the business! So I need help all around please and thank you all of this happen in July of 2024

This is the first communication we have received from the BBB about this complaint.  What Mr. ***** failed to disclose was that he violated the terms of his lease including running an extension cord across the floor of a common hallway to plug into a common wall electrical outlet which is not allowed in addition to loitering in and living in the unit which is a violation of state law and code for this type of facility.  After being given a notice to vacate after management decided not to renew his lease, he left his units trashed as seen in the attached pictures and then has attempted to defame our business with unfavorable reviews on ****** and now the BBB.  I'm not sure what the $2,000 dispute is for as his rent was through 7/31 which had been paid for but rent was not paid after that while materials remain in his units.
