    signed contract with ********************** 10/27/2022 for widening our driveway, pouring a concrete path and a patio at the rear of the residence. at signing Mr. ********************** asked for $5,200 dollars for materials, materials never appeared at the job site. an attempt was made by ********************** to begin work at the site but all activity became sporadic and quickly ceased with one or two half hearted efforts. mr ********************** repeatedly. told us they would be on site to continue the work but he and or his crew failed to appear. to date little to nothing has been accomplished and ********************** and company have all but disappeared. we have asked ********************** to refund the $5,200 and despite his promises to do so ascot today 11/22/2022 we haven't seen ********************** or our refund!

    This person posing as a contractor was doing a job for me and my friend for a total of approximatly $20,000 and we already gave him approximatly $12000 and has only showed up 2 times. He has been giving us bogous exuses why he isnt showing up. He ordered a container then refused to pay it so the conpany dumped everything on my drive way. He has an open case on him for taking $74000 from a women in march of this year in volusia county. Im sure there are many other victims out there. He comes and does a little bit of work then disapears. Joe E****** has not returned to my house or my friends property to do any of the work since. one job is in orlando and the other in tampa. attached is the news report with the same details as what he is doing to us. please help . thank you **************************************************************************************************************************
