Although the dealership is no longer I wouldnt even give them one star. But have to just to get this in. We had bought one truck years ago from them and never had a problem so we gave them two more sells and have had nothing but problems. My son bought a truck from them and had engine sensor lights come on as soon as leaving the lot ~ they fixed those. We also bought my husbands truck from there as well and have had nothing but problems and the run around with this one. Sensor lights came on as well leaving the lot. We have had this in the shop more than we have been able to drive it. It had to have a whole new intake job done on it, a complete break job done on it which to this day still isnt right. It could have been ugly when the caliper fell off on my husbands way out of town mind you this was after they did complete break job. Now we are having to come out of pocket to get the torque converter replaced because its bad~ same reason it was in and out of the shop. They promised they would fix it and waited out our 90 day warranty and when I got mad and told them I was goi g to go to BBB and the bank they stated I threatened them and they were not goi g to help us out. So as we are getting the torque converter fixed today we are told the whole bottom of the truck is rusting out ~ now to add to it we need the exhaust fixed and having to replace a starter as well! This is no way to run a business and I feel they should have taken care of this mess! I heard that Hodges ***** in ** and Hodges **** in GA were the owners of this used car lot and they are ones I had to keep going back to see several times with no answers or fixes. The one running GCS Auto Sales should be held just as much responsible for this as well ~ he knows exactly what was done is wrong. We have the communication between him and my husband still and feel someone should be held accountable for all of this. Thank God this car lot can do this to anyone else.

Sold me a truck with a blown head gasket and have yet to attempt to make it right. I still have yet to be driving it and they cant answer questions, dont have mechanic so send you somewhere else, wont return calls. Ive had to have it towed 5 times, put 600 in missing parts in it. The warrant they sold me had my trusted mechanic tear down engine to find problem then told me no they wont help. Its all be ridiculous. Their trusted me mechanic quoted me 500 to change serpentine belt. I know when im being screwed. I bought the 2015 ****** Frontier on April 7, 2022 today is June 15, 2022 and I still have yet to be driving it. I am at a loss this cant be the right thing to go through. Why would a company want to s**** people over this way? Please help me get somewhere. I still have a loan. They got their money and im stuck making a payment and a insurance payment for absolutely nothing.
