Appliance Repair Center LLC Do not use this appliance repair service!I Had this company come out to repair a dishwasher on 12/27. They came out and said they needed to order a part and that they needed $495 to order it.We paid, after that we kept calling and got the same answer "the part is not in yet" after about 3 of those calls and 10 days, I lost all faith that the part would ever arrive and replaced the dishwasher. I then tried to requested a refund.I was told by the operator that someone would be in touch. The person that came to my home gave me this card. Now, no one answers either number or responds to the email.Just a heads up, this is a very unreliable repair person.

0 stars from me! Also scammed for $340 dishwasher repair. No call no show for appointments and now phone numbers no good! Also check was forged. Will be calling the bank about that! Feel stupid that I let this happen. Usually more careful. Im sure they were taking advantage of hurricane victims.

This place is horrible!!! I have called them over 20 times no answer I have already paid $383.40 for part and someone to come fix my dryer and they have not gotten back to me or answered my calls . I am filing a police report today on this company. I have an invoice they sent me for part and labor and they havent even done anything! I will be taking legal action and this company should not be aloud to do this to anyone!!!! 7/2/2024

This place ***** so bad they should not even be in business. They just rip you off. Had the guy come out to fix my ** frig and my washer. Well when i finally call ** to come look at it. shame on me it took him literally 10 seconds says he did a horrible job. Now with my washer. Was to replace a hose and broke the whole thing. **** you ****.

On 1/19/24, a repair man came to my parents home. He claimed that he needed to order the part for the repair on my parents washing machine and that his company requires full payment in order to get the part ordered. My father wrote him a check for $380.00. Since then, theyve rescheduled twice and was supposed come today (2/13/24), they didnt show nor did they call. My parents are elderly and these people spammed them. This is by far the worst repair company in *******.

This Company gives you the run around!!!I called this company on December 26, 2023, regarding my gas dryer not working and spoke to **** who said that a service tech would be out that day. Later that day he called and said that they would need to reschedule for the next day and took some additional information from me so that the tech would have the part with him. The next day the tech showed up, and assessed the dryer and then said that he did not have the right part. He would need payment to order said part and with labor would be $473.00. He was paid and I received a receipt. He stated that the part would take "A COUPLE OF DAYS" On Friday 12/29/2023 I called and spoke to **** again, who said that the part should be in next Wednesday 01/03/2024. On 01/03/2024 and 01/04/2024 we made calls to them and told part is still in "TRANSIT". My brother received a call on 01/09/2024 after I had called and spoke to **** twice that day and told the part should be in today was now told that the part should be in on Friday 01/12/2024 and that they would call to schedule appt. Friday 01/12/2024 came and went with no follow up from **** or ******. This company has taken payment for this part and repair and have not done the work yet. I understand that there was a Holiday during this time but it has been almost 3 WEEKS and still no communication whether they have the part and to schedule an appt. When you call this company many times there is no answer and no ability to leave a message. I have been told that the part will be in "IN A COUPLE OF DAYS" five times and still no part. I need this company to get the part and fix my dryer that has already been paid for "IN GOOD ****** They need to honor what they said that they would do when they received payment in FULL. If I could leave a ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD!

This company is scam!!! Don't give them your money - they will steal from you. I was looking for a quick dryer repair. They promptly showed up within 24 hours of my initial call and said they could fix it but had to order a part for the repair. They required payment upfront to order the part. It would take 2 days to receive the part and they would return the following business day after part arrived. I had to call them about a week later and they said the part was in but would be another week before they could install - not the following day as previously promised and did not care that expectation had been set and not met. When they finally returned to install the part, they said they ordered the wrong part so would have to exchange parts and reschedule installation. At this point, I told them to cancel the repair and refund my money. They said they would refund me in 30 days via check. 30 days has come and gone and after numerous attempts I have failed to receive a refund. Their only offer now is for me to pay another $79.99 upfront in order for them to schedule installation of correct part. These people belong in jail. At this point I have paid $209 for the part and $150 for installation and they have provided nothing to me. No part and no installation. Also note that after some research I see these people have another company listed under ** ******** ********* ****** **** BEWARE!

Found problem with appliance on first visit, required payment for part before being ordered, now they don't show up or call on scheduled appointment and keep putting it off. Very unreliable follow up. Would not recommend
