I hired Tyler Home Services last summer 2023 to repair my AC. I was told that I could purchase a service plan for the upcoming year 2024 to service my AC in the spring and Fall. I purchased the plan for $99. Well its almost summer and the phone number doesnt work better yet ring when I call for my AC to be serviced. This company is a scam. DO NOT HIRE!!!Review from Veronica J

This is a fraudulent company! Tyler Home Services, Genesis Homes Services, Walter M ****** ** whatever he chooses to call himself to get your business is a FRAUD in both his personal and professional life. I am out 5K for contracted him to complete a previous job (I was completely pleased). I was told to remit the money that was needed to secure the materials needed to complete the job. After 2 months of delays and him constantly telling me my materials were on back order I began asking for him to send me a copy of the order form from **** *****! These requests were communicated verbally and then followed up in text messages and or emails. After a week of his promises to send a copy “and forgetting” and obvious lies I became suspicious and decided to contact **** ***** myself……surprise surprise they had no knowledge of my order! After I told him I sensed some wrong doing he completely stopped all communication. He answered no calls, texts or emails and literally ghosted me! This man will befriend you like he is an honest Christian man and beware he is the biggest con artist and liar I have ever met! He has no conscious and I have found he has been doing this for years! BEWARE HE IS A SWINDLER!
