    Hello, the owner of the rowdy ragdoll is receiving orders from customers gaining money off of product and not shipping the product out to her customers. There are multiple reviews with people explaining the same issue about not receiving their order or getting a message back after contacting the owner. My mother just ordered from her to get a Christmas gift for someone in the family almost a month has gone by and my mother has not received the order my mother has messaged her multiple times and received no response. The owner of the rowdy ragdoll is scamming people because there are multiples of people that have gone through this problem. This needs to be looked into because this is a business owner who is gaining money off of product that she is NOT sending to her customers!!! Customers are spending money and not receiving their orders. This is fraudulent activity And if shes been doing it for this long, shes going to continue gaining free money.

    Complaint Against Rowdy Rad Doll - Non-Delivery of Order and Unresolved Charges I am writing to formally file a complaint against Rowdy Rad Doll regarding an unresolved issue with an order I placed nearly a year ago.Order Details: Cow print boots Amount Charged: $ ****** I placed an order for a pair of boots from Rowdy Rad Doll in November. Unfortunately, due to incorrect measurements provided by the merchant, the package was returned undelivered. Despite the package being returned, I was still charged for the order.I have made multiple attempts to contact Rowdy Rad Doll to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response. To make matters worse, the third-party company I used for the purchase has placed this matter into collections because Rowdy Rad Doll has not disputed the order on their end.This situation has caused significant distress and is now affecting my credit, as the collection agency continues to pursue the debt.I kindly request that Rowdy Rad Doll:1. Acknowledge the returned package 2. Dispute the charge with the third-party company to remove the collection notice from my record.3. Improve their customer service practices to prevent similar issues for other customers.I have attached all relevant documentation, including order confirmation, tracking details, and records of my attempts to contact the merchant.I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to your response.Thank you for your attention to this issue.*************************

    I made my transaction to this shop on June 10th and I still havent received my item and it still hasn't been shipped. I reached out to the company multiple times only to be ignored, I lost over $100 dollars Canadian and I have told her to refund me or ship the item but there was no response. Many other people also have complained about this business and how their items were not shipped as well.

    I placed an order on May 23rd. The order came relatively quick regardless of not being provided tracking information. I reached out multiple times trying to clarify the tracking info with no response. I have since received my order and Im extremely unhappy with the quality of one of the products. One of the tops I purchased was around $40 and is awful quality. the size of the top is extremely small and before even washing the shirt, the top started ripping apart at the seams. i attempted to reach out again asking for a refund but the company does not respond.

    I ordered an item from her store over 3 weeks ago and it has never shipped nor can I get any type of communication with her. I have seen others in her social media complain about the same thing.

    I received this complaint and apologized via email for the inconvenience. Things do get hectic this time of year around the holidays with shipping but Im not sure why this order was overlooked and hadn't been shipped out yet. I completely refunded the order but will make sure the customer received the item they ordered as an apology for the shipping delay.

    Hello, I placed an online order with Rowdy Ragdoll on 9/9/23 and received the order. Order #****. The product, a pair of jeans, did not fit. I would like to return the jeans. I sent an email on 9/15/23. I got no response. I waited and sent another email on 10/3/23. I also started an online chat on the rowdy ragdoll website. I sent 10 chat messages over a week's time with not one response. I have no response to my email. I sent another email marked high importance on 10/19/23. At this point I do not want an exhange I just want to return the jeans and get my money back. I went on to their social media site on ********* and commented 4 times on different posts asking for help with a return. I sent a private message on instagram asking for help with a return. I have not ever receive any response.

    Received Complaint that customer wanted to return a pair of jeans she had bought from me. Apparently I had missed her email that she had contacted me to return them. I refunded her in full on 11/29/2024 and contacted her to notify her that she had been fully refunded and she can keep the jeans anyways as a gesture of good will.

    First; I ordered a skirt and I wanted to return it so I emailed numerous times, messaged the business instagram directly, and called the store number several times and wss sent to voicemail. Finally got through to the owner and she refunded my skirt after I had to make a comment on her page. SECOND; my second order hasn’t been shipped out yet. The pre shipment information wss sent to USPS on June 26, it is now July 7th and the package has not been sent and I have not gotten any response as I’ve tried messaging her again. THIRD: please do an investigation on this business. I am not the only person she has done shady things too. If you check the reviews on ******** ‘The Rowdy Rag Doll’ and check the comments on tik tok you will see this business owner has a pattern of not sending packages out to her paying customers.

    On June 9, 2023, I placed an order with the Rowdy Rag Doll Boutique for $45.00 (including shipping and taxes). When I placed the order, it showed the $10.00 shipping fee with 3-4 business days of shipping. I paid the full amount and I got an email stating that my order number was confirmed. This purchase was taken out of my bank account on June 12, 2023. My order number is #****. The owner of this boutique, Morgan M**** continues to post new items on her website and on her social media pages. I have tried to email her asking for an update on when my order will ship, I have messaged her on all her social media platforms, and I have tried to call her business. There is no answer, no response. It has been 12 days since my order was placed and it has yet to be shipped and there is no response from the owner. I am just wanting a response from the owner and a refund or a response and my order. I have read reviews on the company's ******** pages, and it seems there are many people who do not get their orders, do not get responses, and do not get refunds.
