I had an issue with my purification system and call for service since the system was linking water. The tech ***** came to check and found the system little loose. He adjusted the equipment and reprogrammed the system for a clean up. He was knowledgeable & professional. I wanted to mention that I have the system for 3 years now with no issues. Two sales people showed up ( out of the blue) while I was having furniture delivered ( after being in my new home for a week). They wanted to test my water I agreed, but informed them I am working and I really dont have time nor was I interested. They was very pushy so I agreed to try the services. After a day of agreeing to the services I canceled my request and since the equipment was already installed they claim they couldnt cancel my services , due to them having to sell the equipment at an whole price. I dont see or feel a difference. My advice is please dont waste your money. Never again!Review from Jim H

The sales lady approached my husband while I was working, he gave her my number and she started calling me , I said I am working and please leave the information and I will check it out. She kept texting and calling me on my whole drive to the gym and while I was working out. She had my husband sold with the fake medical information she gave him. Then a supervisor called to tell me he was also at my home to make a even lower offer that would be only available for that day. I didn't budge still said no. My Husband gave his information to save the price he was quoted and was assured they would not do anything with his information. Imagine my outrage when my door bell rang at 8:35 pm and it was the sales girl back saying " Oh we ran your husband's credit and it didn't go through so we will need your information to hold the price" I said don't hold the price and slammed the door.Rainking Purification Systems Inc. Defective Installation and ***************************** requested attention several times to the issues I have been experiencing with the water softener system installed by Rainking water purification company. Despite numerous attempts to contact them I have not received a satisfactory response regarding the warranty and resolution of these problems.Specifically, the installation of the water softener was performed incorrectly, resulting in a persistent leak in the pipes causing water to be extremely high.This faulty installation has also led to issues with my ********************** (HOA).my attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful and promises made by company representatives were not fulfilled.Rainking Purification Systems Inc. We received the first request for warranty work yesterday in a form of a text message. We contacted the customer the same day and try to provide 2 options of moving the unit in the garage or putting a privacy fence around it, the customer declined both. We are more than happy to return to the house and provide the service or whatever the customer need if that is her request.Review from Gaspar D

This company has ruined my property. I have asked them to fix it and they won't answer the phone. I have been blocked when I call. Fist they were going to fix and reimburse me, now they won't answer the phone. Please beware of this company I live in *******. They were here and moved everything to the main company in *******.
