    On January 3, 2023, after I had paid an initial deposit for interstate moving services, an Allied employee called to confirm my itemized furniture list. I told him that I had some bigger pieces of furniture I wasnt sure Id be able to get rid of, so he added the pieces and asked for a second deposit ($1,505.00). Before I paid it, I asked him if I was able to get rid of the pieces if it would go back to the original quoted price and he assured me more than once that it was no problem if I ended up not needing the space, they would just take the items off.I did end up getting rid of the pieces, but when the contracted moving company came on January 5, 2023 to pick up my stuff, they told me that I was locked into the larger cost and it was a big deal that I didnt need the space, and we needed to call Allied to figure it out. So we (myself and the contracted mover) called Allied together and spoke to *****, who said that he would be able to issue the refund pending a review of the recorded phone call between myself and the employee, to confirm that the employee had in fact told me it was no problem to go back to the lower amount if I got rid of the items. On January 11, 2023, an employee named ***** texted me back to say that they were working to get the phone call from their IT department, and that was the last I heard from Allied. I have called, left voicemails, texted, and emailed, but nobody will get in touch with me. My calls are all sent to a prerecorded message stating that the business is closed, no matter what day of the week or time of day I try to call.Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    I had signed a contract for them to relocate ** from *******, ** to **********, ** because I have military children serving in the Army and Navy. So my problem was they quoted me one price and charged me $800+ more than the quoted. Now what when wrong 1.) schedule the pickup time we both agreed but it was pickup 36 hours later. 2.) we had to remind in ******* for extra day in a hotel room that cost us $235.00 3.) parts of our sleep number bed and the part in on back order so our bed is not working properly. 4.) damaged other furniture. We still have not paid and no one is contacting us on the issue.

    This business was hired to help me with my move from ****, ****** to ********, *******. The team they hired was completely unprofessional, hiked up the price and forced me into paying more money. They have had my things for a month and it has been well over the time limit of delivery. They will not call me back and have not been assisting me in getting my items back. I do not know if or when they will ever delivery any of my items. I would like help in getting my items delivered or I will be filing an insurance claim and sueing.
