On October 2nd 2020, BBB sent correspondence to Western Van Lines, Inc requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.
On April 9th 2021 Western Van Lines Provided the following response "As you are aware, our company is a carrier, and we receive our jobs from a 3rd party broker. The way that we will fix this issue is to audit our broker network and eliminate the brokers that have the volume of consistent complaints alleged. Unfortunately, we are in a tough position when we arrive to the customer home and they are promised delivery dates or didn't submit the proper inventory list. Once we apply the new system, we will be in a much better position when we arrive to the customers home. Thank you kindly.
On August 17th 2021 BBB reviewed its most recent complaints and determined that the pattern continues.

Business' website, www.westernvl.com displays "A+ BBB Rating." Business is F rated by BBB South Florida and the Caribbean and rated "NR" by BBB Great Western and Pacific.
BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising. As ofMay 22, 2023, the business has failed to modify these claims.
