  Myself and a few girlfriends went for a massage on Nov 11th 2022. They were offering a package If you pay for 6 you get one free. They gave you cards as coupons that you paid $241 received 7 coupons for your 60 min massages that my girlfriend ***************************** used her 1st one that day,after purchasing their package. We cqme back the next week on Nov 18th To discover they would not honor the package they sold the week before saying that now they're only gonna get a 1/2 hour instead of the 60 minutes we paid for and they refuse to refund your money. They didn't honor their package they sold a weak prior which is illegal. The sign for the same package was still on the wall. If they decided to change their prices after that It can not apply to already sold packages. They were very rude.Other people were complaining with the same problem. They also chased a woman to the parking and called her back and the lady that I was actually talking to from behind the counter saying she didn't pay when older lady came out and apologized saying oh she's new cause she had paid $241 for the package and the other lady was saying she didn't pay at all. Unprofessional also not clean the place seems dirty I did not really want to go back but the one I go to is out **** and my friends live East so I decided to go there with them. We were polite and tried to resolve the issue and they refused to help in any way. They also kept trying to take the coupons out of my girlfriend's hands for me to have a massage and I kept telling them we are not related or just friends I'm paying separately it was a horrible experience. I tried to resolve once more asking for the lady which they refused to get for me and I went to the back and found the one who's in charge and she would not help either.I knew she was in charge from the previous time we were there other people were having problems and she's the one who came out to handle things. Please do what you can to resolve the problems at this business. ***
