    Lifecell is a con. I looked at their FB page and so many angry customers. They con u into thinking ur getting a 30 day supply of product to try. I'm on disability and they cleaned out my account in the amount of $189! Now I have no money for bills or food for the rest of the month!

    To Whom It May ****************************************** placed an order for our 30-day trial of the all in one cream a month ago. After she was charged for the order, which is explained when you place an order, she called for a refund. A customer service representative explained she would just need to return the tube for a full refund but she refused. We have since refunded her account since she has filed this complaint and her account has been canceled entirely.

    I purchased a product from Lifecell at ***********************************************************************. Because I travel for a living I forgot to inform them that I did not want to continue the subscription. When they sent the second subscription I called them to let them know I did not want to continue the **************** would return the product which I did. I returned the product on 1/18/23. The company never returned my refund I filed a complaint with my bank, the bank returned the money to my account. And Im assuming they contacted the Lifecel about returning the money to my account. Lifecel sent the bank a letter showing where I received the product but they failed to send them the information showing that I returned the product. The bank sent a letter stating they were cancelling my complaint & taking the money back out of my account because of the letter that Lifecel sent them. Lifecel is now refusing to return my refund. They have their product one of their employees admitted they have the product but they are still refusing to send my refund. I in good faith did the right thing & yet as a company they have not. This is not good customer ***************** should be held accountable for the service they have not provided. I would like my refund being that they have their product.

    This customer has filed a dispute with their bank (twice) and is getting a refund by them. She contacted us on multiple occasions about a refund, when she was instructed to return and/or drop the dispute for her money back. The customer did not do either and instead took it up with her bank. We will not be issuing a refund at this time, since the account is flagged and a chargeback has been filed. *Please note, the customer is also disputed a reorder of the product that was sent to her from an existing subscription that was generated when she initially ordered in November 2023.
