USA home improvement LLC, I met ***** approximately 1 year ago. Hes done several projects at my home. His *************************** is great. Hes on time, open to any suggestions & the price is very affordable, also cleans up prior of leaving. As a disabled veteran I highly recommend.***** *.

We hired this company to replace an old air conditioning unit on our roof in December 2023. It stopped working July 2024. I have been getting nothing but a run around. They would not send me a copy of the manufacturer warranty. (I easily got it from Rheem). They cannot obtain the necessary replacement part - txv valve. They will not send out anyone to do interim service while we wait for the part. They cannot give me a date that the part will be available. So frustrated and angry. Any ideas, anyone?

Nothing but good things to say about this company. They show up on time, and do clean work. I will recommend them to anyone looking for hurricane impact windows and roofing done.

Hired this company for roof replacement and used a PACE finance program. Since they are on the approved company list, we figured it was a safe bet. They were $3k more than other companies that came out to give us a quote but we were looking for quality work. After we got through all the *** approvals etc, I was told they couldnt get the tile until May. At first they were very responsive, even their little *********************** who scouts clients was calling nonstop trying to get our business. Once they finally started on our roof, its been a nightmare. I keep getting excuses and a run around from ********* and ***. Phrases like you have my word have been used for the last 6 weeks when discussing completion. The roof is holding up 3 other projects and they have no sense of urgency. Its always something. First the tile was unavailable, then it got loaded but delivered to the wrong address, etc etc. its always been something. My guess is that they over committed themselves, took on too many projects and not enough workers to complete them. Its been about 6 weeks and my roof still is incomplete. My neighbors had their roof complete in a weeks time so I know this project shouldnt take that long. This company is a mess. I dont recommend them to anyone. The roofers dont speak a lick of English so that creates more issues when theyre actually working. Find another company for your roofing needs. Theyre unreliable, unresponsive, and will not complete your project in a timely fashion. Horrific company. Wish I could go back and hire someone else. They also left all their materials in my walkway until I made a stink about it and they came out and moved it. gave me pushback on timeframe for permits, inspections, completion etc. just awful.

I would like to comment on William who’s in charge of the installation department. William is very caring, considerate, gracious understanding. He has great communication skills. He kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on,, he is such a large asset to your company kudos for having Williams in charge of insulation Department !!

James was awesome. Completed work quickly and very friendly. Too bad he is from Brooklyn lol. Very nice guy

***** came out to address a few small issues after the install of our new windows and doors. He was outstanding and has a great eye for detail and takes great pride in his work. He found a few small issues that I hadnt noticed and fixed them on the spot. I highly recommend ***** and the ***** install and repair teams.

Do not do business with them. They are very unprofessional they were hired to do my roof. They made a mess and took my gutters without asking. The first time the roof was incorrectly done and I had to wait a year for them to redo it. They never bothered to come out or FIS the damage that was caused by the delay of 1 yr.
