    This business does tinting I had made a in person arrangement with the owner for the tint place to do all tints on car for 200 dollars while provide the material he said come back at 2:30pm. The owner wasnt there only the son is present he then tells me it will cost 480 dollars I told him that wasnt the agreeed price he then had back and back and forth with the owner on the price. They agreed to do the job for 200 after back and forth. They then start the job i come back after 2 hours. Im there and they told me the tint materiel is bad( I attached pictures of the tint hanging off the glass ) they offer me to come back next day to redo tint and put new ones to charge me 480. They asked that I pay for the labor because its due to the materiel thats its hanging. I then leave the place and go somewhere that I was recommended by a friend. Easily the tint goes back in the rear window . Many signs of the tint not properly installed or halfasss install done on purpose to try and up charge me for new tint. The tint wasnt even tucked into door which is a sign of human error not material. In addition the material is a very high quality cermaic tint by the brand motoshield which is well known to be some of the best tint out there. I only want my money back from the labor and parts they destroyed. Also want justice brought to this businesses from future customers getting scammed

    I would like to address the issue at hand by first apologizing for the misunderstanding faced by the customer. Generally speaking, we do not accept tints brought to ** by the customer. We work with very high quality materials which we know and trust will perform outstandingly. In this one occasion, we accepted the job because the customer pleaded with us and stated that he had gone to more than 15 locations and he was turned down by every business, because again, not very many business owners accept materials that are not their own. We took this customer in good faith, attempting to help him. He was only charged for the labor of installing the tints, and since the job could not be completed, due to the poor quality of the material, a refund was issued. The store did not make any money out of this transaction and we were truthful and honest to the customer. In an attempt to reconcile the situation with the customer, we offered to redo the job with our own material, which we know and trust to perform to our highest of standards. In our 3 years in the business, we have not received anything other than a 5 star rating. If the customer is not 100% satisfied, a refund is guaranteed. Our business has exhausted every attempt to please the customer at this point in time. Sincerely, Musicar.
