**** a esta compaa por recomendacin de el esposo de una amiga. Pagu 650 $ para comenzar el proceso de limpiar mi crdito, despus 25 $ por cada cosa que borraron . Un tiempo despus me preguntaban si me haba llegado el reporte de crdito y no me haban llegado. Me pidieron que yo pagara 30$ para ellos tener acceso al reporte, lo pagu y 3 das despus me dijeron lo mismo y les dije que ya lo haban pagado y me respondieron que ese era solo para un bur, queran que yo siguiera pagando por los reportes cosa que no me dijeron desde el principio . No usen esta compaa.

Adems, queremos aclarar la situacin con respecto a los pagos adicionales por informes de crdito. Hemos verificado nuestros registros * confirmamos que el pago de $60 que realiz fue para acceder a un credito  en 2 buros diferentes que le llegaron a su casa * usted nunca los envio, como se le explic en ese momento. Si hubo algn malentendido al respecto, pedimos disculpas por cualquier confusin.

En cuanto a los $25 pagados por cada informacion eliminada en su reporte  de crdito, queremos reiterar que estos cargos se realizaron correctamente de acuerdo con el acuerdo que usted acept al iniciar nuestros servicios.

They stolen my money I give them more than **** usd for repair my credit . In the beginning I pay 400 usd for the services then every Friday they call me and asked me for more money because they say the have deleted some reports , and each report they deleted was 25 usd. Usually I payed them every week 100 usd . At the end I say to them that I dont see any improve in my score and they say that I will be take time to see it . also when I asked them with report was deleted they say they dont have that exactly information.I have the proved of the money I send them and also the emails and texts messages.

We explained that her score does not go up because she continues not paying her credit cards, which is counterproductive for her case. She was given the option to come to the office to review her case but said she did not have time. In addition, she called the bank to report charges that she authorized. We have proof of each payment she has approved, and we are in the best position to prove that the lady is lying. We have copies of all the documents signed by this lady, as well as proof that our work was carried out. She does not want to talk and is slandering our company; we have decided to pass this case on to ***********, and they are the ones in charge of sending all the evidence of our work to the bank and the authorities because it seems that when one slanders a company, there must be proof.
