    purchased new home 5/2023 with 2 Daikin HVAC systems installed and to be maintained by above company Central Air Control. Have had problems with one of the units since january 2023. Have had over 12 service calls requiring more than 40 hours of my personal time to be present for service. Same air conditioner still not working. Have had to chase company to get service. have asked 3 times for manager to contact me politely to come up with resolution. Have never had any return of phone call by this manager, ***************************. Tried myself to call manufacturer to get help but they refer me back to this same company, Central Air Control. Again, no call from manager. Receptionist will not give me any other person to talk to. Will not release information of owner or other administrative persons to talk to or file complaint. Again, have been pleasant up until now but extremely frustrated as getting no help and no response.

    The company installed the ** unit when the house was built there have been multiple issues with the ** unit and I explained my concern to them. Instead of resolving the issue, they are trying to upsell even though the part is under warranty. Yesterday it was agreed that they would come out to troubleshoot the issue they arrived late. I was advised by the tech that they needed to replace the fan motor on the compressor but because the warehouse was closed he could not complete the work that i would have to call this morning and it was best for me to get a new system that then install for close to about $5000.00 dollars for a carrier system. The agreed-upon rate to come out was ***** dollars and because my part was under warranty there would not be a charge. Now after i call they said that i would have to pay ****** for Labor which was incorrect. The person on the phone advised me to call another company to deal with it even though they installed it and hung up. I have no ** now hopefully i can find someone to repair it temporarily

    The home was completed 04/28/2020. There were warranty issues taken care of with in the warranty period. Another issue that the builder covered under warranty.  Our process is a $91 dollar diagnostic fee for accessing the system which is waived when the customer accepts the repair. Our technician was dispatched to this home on 07/12/2023 and found a bad run capacitor and condenser fan motor.  He was quoted $425 for the replacement of both. The motor needed to be ordered.  After following up with the our dispatcher and out technician, I found that the customer was not happy about the price and that it was flat rate pricing. He had someone that would charge $98 dollars an hour to due the work.  He was explained that this is not our process. The technician didn't try to upgrade him. The technician was asked by the owner how much a new unit would be and he provided the information requested by the homeowner.  We as a company did our part. We provide the diagnostic, we provide a solution. The homeowner had to agree to the service fee to move forward. We did not get paid the diagnostic fee or get the acceptance to do the work.  We left it at that.
