            On 09/18/2024 I purchased a transmission for a 2011 **** F150 for $1000. Upon installation on 09/24/2024 the mechanic noticed it was the incorrect transmission and I immediately reached out to the salesman that goes by the name of ********. He advised that we just need to change the shaft, on 09/30/2024 the mechanic advised me changing the shaft would not work once again I reached out to the salesman and I was advised they would deliver the original shaft for the transmission and we can just change it. On 10/01/2024 ******** advised me they have the shaft and it will be delivered I contacted him every day up until 10/10/2024 with no success as he dodged my phone calls. I finally decided to contact a **** dealership to verify if I was sold the correct transmission after giving them the *** number for the truck and the part number for the part we received from Alpha Auto Parts the dealership confirmed the transmission was incorrect and changing the shaft would not work as its from a completely different type of vehicle. I then took the transmission that same day and brought it back to ******** requesting the correct part or a refund. Which he advised me I would receive either one just give him some time. On 10/21/2024 I revisited Alpha Auto Parts and tried to resolve the issue with the owner with no luck because of a language barrier he claimed to only speak Spanish however ******** translated and advised if they werent able to provide the correct transmission by the following Thursday 10/31/2024 they would give me a full refund. Today is Tuesday 11/12/2024 and I have yet to receive the correct part or a refund. I attempted to have a officer ****** me to the premises to resolve the issue however I was advised it is a civil issue and I should try disputing it with my bank. I was unsuccessful with the dispute due to paying by ***** which in the banks eyes that is paying cash so the dispute was closed.
