  We contracted **** ********************** in May 2023 to install kitchen cabinets, counters, backsplash, appliances, plumbing, and all the electrical. He signed a contract and we paid Mr. ********************** $6,800 for this work.He took measurements and then told us he doesn't do electrical or appliances but he had another person, ***** Sera ********, come and install all of the appliances, plumbing, and electrical. Mr. ********************** would then disappear and not respond to phone calls or text messages for weeks. He would then answer and say he was going to install the cabinets on a certain day and then not appear, leaving us waiting all day at home for him. After many phone calls and text messages asking for a status, Mr. ********************** finally arrived the last week of June and installed the cabinets, but he didn't install the countertop. His associate, ********************, installed the appliances except for the dishwasher. Mr. ********************** has now disappeared with our money before completing all of the work. He does not return our calls or text messages. As a result, we are taking action to report him to the authorities and find legal recourse. We are now in a similar situation with Mr. **********************'s associate, ******************** who I will be filing a separate complaint for unfinished work and poor workmanship.

  I engaged CONCEPCION GRANITE LLC DBA AMAZON K.A.F. OWNED BY ******* CONCEPCION to install an L-Shaped kitchen at my home (*******************************************************************). We signed the contract to complete the work for a total of $3,500.00 on June 29, 2023 and he scheduled the installation for the next Wednesday, July 5, 2023. I gave ******* CONCEPCION a deposit, a check, in the amount of $1,750 which he immediately cashed on that day 6-29-2023 (drawn on *********** #****).He nor his crew showed up on the scheduled date, and I have not heard from him since. Many texts were exchanged to his number **************, but he ignored all correspondence as of the day of the install date. There is many complaints on the internet and on BBB about this person, his affiliates, and his companies. Most state that he collected the deposits and never did the work that was contracted for. The company name that is on the contract is AMAZON K.A.F. is not an active company and the email on it is not an active domain. The Contract was intentionally presented in a fraudulent manner by ******* Concepcion with full intent not to produce the goods.******* Concepcion has two addresses, work: *******************************************************, and a personal address: ********************************************************.   On April 28 2023 we contacted online trough ******** Market Place a Contractor who introduced to us as ***************************** from Amazon Kitchen and Flooring LLC and Concepcion Granite LLC (this one owned by ******* Concepcion). We paid ***** dollars with a check on April 28 2023 to Amazon Kitchen and Flooring and also 265 dollars with ***** on May 4th 2023 to the account that we found out later that was in the name of *************************, not *****************************. On May 5th we found out that the real name was ************************* that has been arrested, charged and with warrant for arrest for many scams and felonies using fake names, creating many companies, different profiles on internet and social media. Also using the address, phone and company Concepcion Granite of his friend ******* Concepcion who is doing the scams and business with him during years. We called him, confronting him about his name and reputation and he denied that his real name was ************************* and promises that we will do the renovation of our kitchen, starting on May 15. He never did it he never came and he never give back the deposit money. We had to contract the kitchen renovation to the company DCC24 Corp, that also has been scammed by him with more than ****** dollars. We have found online many people that has been scammed by him, we have knowledge of 7 victims in the last 2 months from Key ******************, *************, **************.

  On 4/9/23 we met with ***************************** at our home we designed and quoted ** for new kitchen cabinets. 4250$ deposit was made and agreed that the work would be started on 4/19/23 and completed by 4/21/23 awaiting the countertop completion on 4/25/23. On 4/19/23 2 men showed up and demolished our kitchen. On 4/20/23 ******************** advised that the crew left out at 8am should arrive by 10a. No one showed up. Then he advised that the delivery will arrive by 4pm, nothing. And no other communication with ******************** despite numerous attempts. On 4/21/23, a text was received that the crew will arrive between 11a-12p, nothing and again after numerous attempts no contact or further communication with ********************.

  11/16/2022 i paid **** depost on 11/16/2022 in person then paid $4000 on 12/17/20023 for a total of $9800.00 which ************************* cashed at check cashing store#*** in *****.i have not yet received countertops owed to me.the kitchen cabinets have been installed. the owner of the company, ********************************* personally came to my house and measured for the countertops and told me he was coming to install them. ************************* goes under the alias,"******". ***** was the salesman working for Concepcion granite. I've received many texts and phone calls promising my countertops but no they won't respond to my calls or texts. I have been polite the entire time.they have not tried to finish the job in any way and I feel they are trying to take advantage of me.I'm wanting a refund of $4000.00. That makes it to be that i paid $**** for the cabinets and the install.If they want to complete the job, I will accept that as well.

  We contacted this company and spoke to ***************************** to have a kitchen installed Jan 10 th. We received a quote and part paid $3300 on Jan 26 th 2023. Kitchen cabinets we only partly installed on 01/31/2023. Oven stove top cabinet was missing and panels around fridge were wrong size not wide enough to cover sides of fridge. We were told they reordered them to replace the side fridge cabinets. Also benchtops and sink were included in quote and we still have neither. Since 01/31/2023 no one has been back to do any work whatsoever and we keep getting told they will show up on six different occasions sitting at home waiting all day with no phone calls or messages to say they would not be coming. Today again they were supposed to be here at 8 am and it's a no show. We paid another $2600 to this company when the cabinets were partially installed on the 01/31/203 . The quote was $6600 as ***************************** had said he would remove $400 from the bill if we removed the old cabinets ourselves. So we still owe $700 once benchtops go on but if we have to go to another company to have the oven cabinet done plus removal of the two fridge side panels benchtops and sink we will be looking at just around $2200 . We cannot keep going with no stove or cooktop no sink in kitchen and eating out . It is getting way to expensive . ***************************** gave us a virtual business card only and calling himself LNV cabinets but he is operating under ******* Concepcion Granite LLC . Ph ********** . ***************************** ph **********. These two people are good friends. We were told by a worker at the company that *********************** the cabinets they come to ******* Concepcion address then ******* picks up the contract for the benchtops installation. Please can you help us resolve this matter

  On October 22, 2022 I purchased cabinets/granite for two homes for the kitchens and baths. Both houses were flooded during Hurricane **** I put down $25,000. As part of the cost the kitchens and baths would be fully assembled and the sales person ***************************** was to have his crew install the cabinets on 10/28 through 10/30. The crew showed up, slept in the house on the floor with their dogs and didn't finish either of the two houses. The sales person ****** said they would be back to finish the work within a few days and he refuses now to accept our calls and finish the work. I have charged back the downpayment of $25,000 to ***************** At this time I don't want ANYONE to go through what I've gone through and I want buyers to beware. I have also filed a police report to document what has occured in the event that the company tries to lie about what happened and what there efforts were. I have full invoice documention about what we purchased. The cabinets are not installed, there is no granite. The company won't return calls and is fraudulent.

  Placed an order for cabinets from this company 6 months ago and have been dealing with them to get my kitchen finished. They have not sent me the handles as promised and there are broken pieces and have not sent those either. They have stopped answering our texts or calls, the owner as well as our salesman we paid them ******* cash! And $1275.00 through Zelle from *********** I have also paid an installer $2240.00 to install the cabinets in working condition and he is not able to finish without the correct pieces that this ****** said he mailed over 3 months ago and we are still waiting for them. They tried to send 4 installers in which all 4 did not show.The installer we finally got named **** and works with this company and the sales person *************************** guy did not get any measurements or a blueprint on what was going where.**** our installer had to go by eyeballing building my cabinets in which allot of pieces were not sent but I paid for. We are stuck with a non-working kitchen now and I have 3 small kids and we are living like animals with no water or stove in our kitchen, and having to wash dishes in my bathroom! Ordering food out and we are basically broke! They are horrible and we want to know if they have a license as well and the correct liability insurance as well to see if they are working a business the way they should because the owner *********************************** does not speak English and is unable to communicate with us but we had to get someone who speaks Spanish and explain to him what is wrong and he said he would get back to us and now is ignoring us. So I want him investigated as well.
